SO its been a good week. Busy but good. Went away for the weekend to see my sister. Had a good time with her. Of course she picked an italian place that she wanted to take us. I had a steak and 2 meatballs and salad.

Today has been hard, Sundays always are. They were our pancake breakfast mornings and pizza for dinner nights. We made the pizza bake and it was good, but still didn't hit the spot. My stomach is aching for something else!!!

Have you ever tried Linda Sue's Deep Dish Pizza? I think it tastes great and my hubby really likes it. Congrat's on the 20 lb. loss!

Scale read: 239.6 this morning!!! Woohoo!!! 21.4 lbs gone forever!!! Only 8.6 more to my next goal in 13 days!!!! I can do it!!! I made my nail appointment for Thursday for my 20 lbs gone reward!!! Can't wait!!!

I had the black cherry sugar free jello this evening and OMG is it delicious!!! I think its my new favorite!!! I was really wanting a pizza and an easy one at that. So yesterday while at walmart I got the flatout italian flatbreads. Took one of those, spread on 2 tbsp of tomato sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. put it in the oven for about 10 minutes and it was pretty good. The flatbreads are only 6 carbs for the whole thing. Tomorrow I am hoping to have time to try to make some cheese crisps on my parchment paper

Checking in, well because I just have to. I haven't cheated at all this week or at all for that matter. My weight has been staying the same, up one pound, down one lb. I go from 239 to 240. I just wish I could break this number. I drank more water today. The only thing that I have added in the last two weeks has been zumba. UGH.

I did get my manicure, love them!!! I will take a picture soon and post it.

Hang in there this too shall pass!!! Stalls are the worse but know that they all pass and are usually followed with a nice whooossh!!

237.2 and start of week 7!!!! 23.8 lbs gone!!!! 6.2 lbs to go to my next goal in 7 days. I'm not thinking I'm going to make it because of this stall, but I could get close!!! 37 days until my cruise!!! EEK!!!

Woke up this morning, (2-15) to a great loss!!! 236!!! Total lost 25 lbs in a little over 7 weeks!!!! I am 1/4 into my journey!!!! It has been a very long time since I have seen this number. Probably since before I had my 1st daughter almost 6 years ago. She will be 5 this March but I gained with her so I know that I was not even close to 230.

Hubby is chugging right along with me as well. Of course men lose faster, so he has lost 37 lbs in 7 weeks!!!! WOO HOO!!!

So lets see, a little motivation for me here!!!! Where will I be in another 7 weeks?
2/4 of the way... April 2nd and another 25 lbs!!!! and to be at 211!!!

3/4 of the way... May 21st and another 25 lbs!!!! and will be at or near 186!!!

4/4 of the way July 10th and another 25 lbs for a total of 100 in 28 weeks!!! At this point I will reassess and see where I need to go. Ideally I have 150 in my head, but I haven't seen 150 in 16 years so we will see.

Well I cheated last night.... I had a jewelry party and the hostess had pizza. I was really hoping that she would have had a veggie tray but no such luck. I usually don't eat at my parties but it was an early one for a friend and I was starving. I walked into the kitchen once, and picked up a small piece and only ate the toppings.... Then a little bit later I said oh the heck with it. I'm having a piece. So I did, a small piece atleast.......Then another small piece. They were all cut into smaller pieces for the party. Oh and then I heard her mom tell another guest that the cake was diabetic and sugar free and fat free. So, yep you guessed it. I had a piece of that too. UGH!!!!!! I forgot to check my keto stick this morning, but I'm pretty sure that I am not in ketosis. So after all that, I lost a lb this morning. It either hasn't caught up to me yet and I will gain over the weekend, or I got lucky this time and its not going to affect my weight.

So 234.8 this morning. Down 26.2..... Crossing fingers it sticks.

Right back to it this morning. Scrambled eggs in butter for breakfast!!!

End of week 7 Weigh in 235.4 Total loss 25.6. I didn't make my 3rd goal but I'm not too far away. Only 4.4 lbs and then I can start tanning for my cruise in a month!!! WOO HOO!!! I really need to kick it in high gear because I would like to lose another 22 lbs by the cruise as well.

Hello all. Wow, what a busy day. Slept in and had to rush to get my dd ready for school. Drank a shake on our way and then had to run some errands. Stomach started grumbling with hunger and those darn thoughts of eating anything in sight came to mind and the first thing I thought of was I want pizza tonight. I grabbed a chicken sandwich sans bun and within an hour felt so much better. Crisis averted!!!! So about the only thing we have in our house is burger and I didn't want burgers. So I made an italian meatloaf and its a new family favorite. Hubby raved about it and DD loved it as well. She told me, "Mom you need to give yourself a hug for this dinner." LOL She cracks me up.

SO end of week 8. 29.2 lbs lost total. 231.8 Can't wait to get into a new decade.
