Hello friends. Thanks for keeping my journal warm. Back from our vacation. We had a ton of fun!!!! Back on the low carb train tomorrow!!!! The house is stocked with all of our favorite low carb foods. I'm super stoked that we found a low carb bbq sauce. Now we can have bbq pork chops this week. WOO HOO!!!

Ok, so one more thought before heading to bed. I need goals!!! Tomorrow I am going to set some good goals and start working towards them. I've been status quo since I made it into the 100's and I need to kick my butt again.

I actually have one goal to do the 30 day shred videos and get out of level one. That hasn't happened yet but with a hit and miss at doing them it's not going to so at 4:30am this morning I did level one and plan to do it each more this week and HOPEFULLY move to level two middle of next week.

Ok so we all need some new goals I guess. working on them today. I will get back to you guys. I'm up 5 lbs from my lowest. UGH!!! Back to chuggin the water and getting the scale to move lower. I still went to ZUMBA during this time, but I'm getting a little bored with that. I need to find something to add in I think. So this morning I weighed in at 201 *Insert smiley smacking my butt* here. LOL This bad girl needs kicked in the butt. So back at it full force and ready to see the scale moving!!!

I will be back when I get a chance to figure out my new weight goals!!!!

Hello girlies!!! So already the scale is moving. I chugged the water (my new best friend) and this morning I was 198.6!!!! -2.4 WOO HOO!!!

Drinking my shake today. And tonight we are having bbq porkchops and salad. Going to try the sugar free bbq sauce I found at the store.

Danielle~ 5 months is alot of time. You can do whatever you put your mind too.

Jayce~ Thanks. I am not sure I have always been a fighter, but I sure am now. I fight for what I want!!! Drink the water and the bloat will go away!!!

Melissa~ WOO HOO!!!! Goals are great to have!!! Can't wait to see what you come up with.

So here are my goals and rewards......
10 lbs and new decade by August 27= new piece of furniture for office!!
182.6 by Anniversary on 9-17 = one night getaway with hubby!!!
10 lbs and new decade by 10-1 = new shirt for fall


I also looked at it further and if I lose 2 lbs a week I will be at the following:
170 by Halloween. I think I will get a sexy halloween costume, that I always look at, but never get because I was always too heavy!!!!
160 by Thanksgiving!!!! WOO HOO!!!!
152 by Christmas..... Unless I really push it and make it to 150!!! WOO HOO!!!
Wouldn't that be a wonderful Christmas present!!!!
148 by my 1 year of low carb.

This of course depends on how my body reacts and if I can even get that low. All of these numbers are virgin numbers and numbers I haven't seen in 10 + years!!!!! Either way I will be getting healthy and shrinking!!!!

Thanks girlies!!!!! I'm excited to see new numbers!!!! And get the rewards!!!

Went to a different ZUMBA class at a different place than my normal place and it was ok. I definitely sweated, but I am still missing that latin feel. I will always go to my place on Thursday, but since I had missed Sunday I was looking for something to fill that void. This class will do in a pinch, but I am going to keep searching. Scale rewarded me this morning!!! 196!!!! WOO HOO!!!! I know most of its water weight, but I will take it!!!!

Zipp~ We went to Idlewild in PA for 2 days, and then just did stuff around the house the other days.

on the drop on the scale. Oh Melanie I don't know what I would do if my Zumba Class didn't have that Latin beat, I think that is part of the fun. It is hard to get into the Rumba and Salsa without it. Hope you can find a fit for you. KUTGW lady, so proud of you.

Thanks girlies!!! My rings are spinning on me tonight. Probably because I have no water weight currently left. I've been peeing like crazy.

Had a good night with my girls at training tonight and then had dinner after, A yummy steak salad with bacon and cheese!!! We had so much fun talking and getting to know each other better. What a great night!!!
