I know what you mean about wondering if the scale will go back up. I don't feel like I'm in the "safe zone" until I'm under the 5's of the decade. Like, I was not sure if the scale would go back up to the 260's in it's normal fluctuations until I was under 255. Know what I mean?

You all are cracking me up.... So I pounded the water after we got home last night and the scale read 199 this morning!!! WOO HOO and still in ketosis. So I made the right choices with dinner!!! WOO HOO!!! Have to go get my car looked at today to get the estimate to get it fixed, then probably a walk with the kids and playtime at the park.

Also glad that your din-din last night was a smashing success! Good job with your choices! As I told you, I fell prey to chocolate cake and Mexican last night. The reason was that my DH "felt like bringing them home." It was there and therefore I ate it. I think the stress of the last few days has been building up and that was a primary factor in my falling off the LC wagon. But the good news is that I survived and am back on it TODAY!

I hope you have a wonderful day! Isn't it encouraging that you are changing and improving your lifestyles bit by bit?? Yipee!

Good evening. What a day and tomorrow is going to be busier. I decided to go to ZUMBA tonight instead of my normal Thursday because I'm having an open house at my house tomorrow. So after ZUMBA I continued cleaning the kitchen and wil finish up the rest of the house tomorrow. I would also like to get to Walmart for a new trash can, need some snacks for open house and would like some pretty flowers out front. We'll see what gets done. I probably won't be on again until tomorrow night after the open house.

Lexiann~ Its funny but I never thought that I would actually enjoy exercise, but I am. I love my ZUMBA class. It helps that I know the exercise is changing how my body will look after I lose the weight.

Melissa~ It was a bummer. Absolutely terrible. I will work on some new pictures. I was just thinking I need to take some new pics. The last ones I have in here were from Easter and I've lost about 15 more lbs since then.

Danielle~ It does feel amazing to be changing our lives!!! Oh don't even get my started on portion control. DH was crazy last night. I just don't know what to do with him sometimes. I tried to tell him he was eating too much without chastizing him, but it didn't work.

Jenna~ It was a great success!!! I felt very good leaving there with my choices!!! Oh boy, stress can do that to you. Sorry to hear that it got ahold of you. But YAY for a new day and getting back to it!!!

Thats a great way to think about it, i don't think about it much that way but its true. Your body will look way better after the weight is off if you do it by exercising and dieting not just dieting alone. loose skin isn't cute lol.

Hello girlies. Thanks for all the love!!! Showing went ok, but not as well as I had hoped. I had three people come, when I was expecting about 10 people. Made some money, but not enough to cover my trip that I wanted to go on. So I will skip it this year and save for next year.

Ran around like a crazy woman all day getting things ready and such. Nice to have a cleaner than usual house. I think I need to have company atleast once a month to make me dig into the clutter more often. Not to say that I don't clean, I do, but I just do the things that need done mostly until people are coming and then I deep clean. You know what I mean??

Good morning girls. Didn't drink any water yesterday..... Scale showed it this morning. 200.4. Not changing stats. Getting ready to head out to meet a friend and her kids for a walk and then some kiddie pool time for the kids. Going to get some flowers tomorrow and plant. I need some color in my front flowers. Right now all I have are some green hostas and a tiger lilly. Would like some pink out there. Kids slept like crap last night, which in turn means I slept like crap..... UGH!!!! I tried that low carb bagel last night. It was good, but I think it needed toasted more. It wasn't the best thing I ever ate.

You girls are all so sweet. I couldn't believe the change. It makes you feel good thats for sure.

Kristyn~ Thanks. I was a little disapointed but theres next time. I still can't believe how far I have come.... to have skinny legs from the legs that I had last summer is just so amazing!!!!

Amber~ Thanks, I don't think I have ever had someone whistle at me like that. You are so sweet. This time last year I would have never thought I could be sexy and look like I do, but here I am. Its so amazing and so life changing!!! Ya, it was for my convention. Next year will be my year to go.
