[COLOR="DarkOrchid"]Hello! I haven't been on for a couple days. I have been really busy. I spent the day with my dh. We went shopping in Asheville and didn't get home until late. Yesterday we had to go pay my truck taxes, get my inspection sticker and tag for it, took all day. Then we went to the drive-in for a couple movies. We had a great night except for the stormy weather. The movies were good tho. I bought me a new pair of running shoes today so I can get serious about the exercise. I will be glad when the rain stops for a while.

I haven't felt good the last few days, so I hope that goes away as well. [/COLOR]

Ok it is a new month. May already. By july 25th I need to have lost another 13 pounds. That is doable. I have to stay focused. The plan is to get back on track beginning right now. I weighed and measured yesterday. I will not measure again until the first of june.

Diet plan. Focus on exercise more, eating right and staying off SUGAR!!!

oh you suffer from the sugar demon too; me too; gotta make sure we have good substitutions for our sweet tooth! eating more fat/protein helps the sugar cravings.

Helloooo!!! I have had a good day with eating today. We had a birthday party and I ate some sf bbq chicken and a salad before we went and I didn't eat anything at the party, nobody even noticed. Yeah!!! I have a omm and some bacon for bf in the morning just before I get off work.

I am going to focus on eating right and moving more and stay off the scales for a while. I did something for me with the new hair cut and it was nice. I am at work tonight and it is going to be a long one.

Good morning! Yesterday ended well. I eat according to plan. I know this is crazy but I really think I have been having too much aspertame stuff. I have been in a brain fog for the last week or so and I couldn't gt my words to come out like they should. I also have been having a funny feeling on the end of my tongue and food hasn't tasted right. I decided to stop Aspertame cold turkey yesterday. We will see if that is it. I didn't do macros yesterday but the menu looks like this.

bf- omlet- onions, peppers and cheese, w/ salsa

l- sf bbq chicken, salad w/ sf french dsg

d- speghetti sauce w/ cheese

s- mac nuts

I really don't think DH will like it if you are looking for a bf. boy friend? Then, I remember breakfast

I actually hardly ever have real breakfast foods for breakfast. I do like any kind of eggs but devilled are my favorite style, followed by hard boiled with butter. How about a big piece of meat or ground beef?

I'll behave now.

Good morning everyone. It is 6am and I am at work. I had a really good day yesterday. Eat right and exercised. Yeah!!!

Work days are always hard because I get really hungry by the time I leave here at 6pm tonight. I try to plan for that but it doesn't always work out. I brought some mac nuts with me just in case. Bring on the day.

Planned menu for today is:

bf- quiche

l- roasted chicken, squash pie

s- mac nuts

d- chicken, squash pie.
