Thanks Bekki!!! Happy Easter to you as well. I did have a good one. My youngest son came home for the day and DD didn't even fight with him. Dgbaby had a blast hunting eggs and I made a good dinner and stayed on plan. Always a great day, except I had to come to work. UGH!!! Oh well that is life right.

Bf- bacon (3), 1 egg fried w/ butter, coffee w/ cream l- ham, mock potato salad s- mac nuts, pork rinds d- chicken w/ onions tomatos and parm cheese, strawberries and cream macros: 1765 cals, 140 fats, 35 carbs, 74.6 proteins ![]() I feel like that is pretty good especially for not having much plan ahead time. Ok weigh in this morning at 214 so doing ok. I didn't expect to losr this week due to all the weekend eating. Next week will be better.
I have for some reason been having severe leg cramps. I am not sure what to do about them. Oh well it is friday and fixing to start the day. |

So how are things going with the plan? If you're still doing fitday--you might want to check your nutrients and see if you are deficient in anything, especially potassium. I think a deficiency with B vitamins might also contribute to leg cramps....not sure. Anyway, check that out and then see if there is anything you are low on that might contribute (do an internet search on leg cramps). Are you taking a multi vitamin? Have a great weekend! |

Well the leg cramps are still there. They weren't as bad last night. I can't really find what I am lacking yet.
I really have been hurting all over kind of. But it could be the exercises. Maybe. Oh well it will get better. |

Ok I have been enjoying my day with dh and family. I had to come to work and he leaves in the morning before I get home so I will not see him for 5 days. Oh well homecomings are great.

Good morning world. My headache is much better so far today but it is only 3 somthing am. I didn't get the best night of sleep, kept getting woke up. Anyway. I decided to get up and exercise. Yeah me!!! I have to get ready for work in a few minutes anyhow. I have decided to make a few changes for the month or May. I will go into more details later. One such change is that I am not going to get on the scales the entire month except for on the 1st. I will measure and weigh that day and then again on June 1st.
I haven't decided if I will change up my way of eating yet. I feel like I am the one who is failing it. So I need this month to get myself back on track. I know that this WOE works and I really love it. I shouldn't struggle but I do. I don't like who I see in the mirror and I am the only one who can change that. Another summer is here and I still am not where I want to be. I have these voices that tell me that I am not worthy of being what I want to be. But I know that I am worthy, and I want to be happy when I look in the mirror. I really would appreciate any suggestions and support and really any butt kicking that anyone wants to offer. I want this to work. Ok that is my rant for today. Everyone have a great day. |
