Well shoot....however it's still 3 down for the last 2 weeks, and your body is still probably trying to adjust to being fed well. What is your normal loss/gain pattern with TOM?

I usually gain 2-3 pounds during TOM. Today is hump day so should be going down.

I just got back from walking 4 miles. Resting for a while.

d- beef hotdog, sf cole slaw

s- cheesecake pudding, strawberries.

macros- 1170 cals, 162.2 fats, 25 carbs, 54.1 proteins.

Yesterday was not a usual day. I had to get up early and go to the hospital. DG daughter had tubes in ears and we went to see her. Then had to eat on the road. So macros are a little low.[/COLOR]

Jen, there will definitely be days like that, so don't sweat it. The main thing is while you are fixing your metabolism you don't want to make it a habit.

I changed to Atkins 72 and am not worrying about calories. I am just eating to be satisfied. Its working great so far. just wanted to mix it up.

I discovered something by accident this morning. I usually put all my dry ingredients in a ziplock bag for my omm, when I have to work. This morning I forgot to put the baking powder in it. It came out about an inch thick instead of like a muffin. It still tasted the same. I think it would be good to make it like an english muffin with egg and bacon or sausage. I am going to try that tomorrow.[/COLOR]

I like it. I have been experimenting with putting some kool aid powder in it, but you have to be sparing with it because it is very strong. but it is good

Ok I weighed this morning and I lost 1 pound of the 2 that I gained this week. So that is a good thing. I will weigh in again tomorrow morning.

Menu plans for today.

BBf- coffee w/cream

Bf- bacon, egg

L- grilled chicken, salad w/ caesar dsg and parm cheese

S- mac nuts

D- soup, cheesecake pudding

S- mac nuts

Not sure of the macros yet, I will put them in later and see when I have more time.

1907 cals, 155.4 fats, 25 carbs, 102 proteins. UGH!!! Hard to get that fat up and that protein down. Today will be better tho.
