Take four whole packages (4 cubes to a package) out of the fridge. Put it in your pockets or a bag and carry it around for the day. Thats what you lost baby!!! That is great. Sometimes it does not come off so fast. But remember we did not gain it so fast either.

You are doing great! Do not stop now. You are 4 lbs lighter. I wish I could hug you. You deserve it.

Start doing some more exersize.

I started eating 1/2 avocado a day with dinner. Fills me up and they are oh so yummy. Do you like them?

Thanks Bekki!! I do not like them by themselves but I like guacamole.

I went to the GYM tonight after work. I did the spin class. Has anyone ever tried that. OMG that is one of the toughest workouts I have ever done. Man but I didn't stop and I finished the whole class. I couldn't keep up with everybody else but it was great. Going to bed now work early night all!!!

Well today was my 14th day of induction so I got on the scales today. UGH!!! I weighed 215. I just can't seem to get below that. It is driving me crazy. I know I am in ketosis and I know that I have not put one thing in my mouth in the last 2 weeks that I shouldn't have. DH says that the scales are torn up. He didn't tell me that the face got busted and he had to fix it and readjust it. I need to buy a new set. Any way I measured again and a total of 2 whole inches lost everywhere. But it is not gaining tho.

Dh and I went to a movie matinee and an early dinner. It was nice to just be alone with him.

Actually I had a great valentines. DH came home friday evening. He goes back tomorrow morning early. I have to work tonight so I won't get to see him again until next sat. But we did get to spend valentines day together.

Today at work the nurse anesthesist (sp?) got behind me in the hall and he asked me if I was losing weight. He said I looked like I was losing. That really made me feel good.

There is a challenge on the challenge for for O.S.S. Join with me. You get points for eatng on plan and working out 4 times a week. Will you join with me. I think most of the girls talk regularly and I could use a friend. Check it out.
Do you have On Demand? I am checking it out and they have free work out programs on there. I am going to buy hand weights tomorrow after I take DS#2 to school and start the 30 day shred! I have heard alot about it on this board. It has Jillian Michaels as the trainer. I think it looks fun and I can do it for free instead of buy a dvd.

[COLOR="Purple"]Been really busy trying to get some of this weight off. I have changed my plan a bit. I am still doing LC but I am having a half a grapefruit with each meal. Also I have really upped my exercise a lot.

This week I have:
Mon- 35 min elliptical, 1 hr spin
tues- calesthenics
wed- 1 hr elliptical
thurs- nothing
fri- 30 day shred
sat- shred

That shred video is really kicking my butt. I don't know if I will ever get used to it. Man it is really tough.

This has to work.[/COLOR]

d- not sure yet.

[COLOR="Teal"]I added the grapefruit as a way to add some carbs and supposedly to help my metabolism start to move. I do feel better but not sure on the weight yet. I don't get on the scales until monday morning. I can't emotionally handle any more than that.

Menu for today
bf- 1/2 grapefruit, bacon 3, 2 eggs w/ cheese
l- 1/2 grapefruit, meatball 2, salad w/ ranch dsg
d- chicken (breaded w/carbquik and pork rinds), no grapefruit.
s- carbquick pound cake (2 net carbs)

I am really getting tired of having eggs for bf, I may have a carbquik pancake tomorrow. Not sure how that will affect me. I really think that my problems are psychological. My mind won't let me lose weight.

Any suggestions would be great.[/COLOR]
