S- coffee w/ cream 1 carb

Total for today 19 carbs

Exercise for today 20 min tm, cleaned kitchen

I feel good today except for TOM> UGH!!!

Going to do 25 minutes on tm now.

I feel good other than still TOM!!! I haven't wanted to eat a lot so I have to watch that. I need to keep eating.

[COLOR="Blue"]Well good morning. I have managed to stick with this for 7 days now, after today. I feel really good about myself except for one thing. I was reading about this push up challenge where you build up to 100 pushups in 6 weeks. After trying the initial test I realized that my upper body is extremely week. I can't even do 1 real pushup. That is sad. So my goal is now to be able to do push ups what ever it takes. I don't know if I will ever get to 100 but I will be able to do them. [/COLOR]

total for today 16 carbs

Exercise 25 min tm. Tried to do pushups but could only do 6 girlie ones. Not happy about that. I am going to try to do some upper body strength exercises.[/COLOR]

Haven't had the greatest morning. I got up got in the shower and got ready for work. I started to work and got about 25 miles down the rode and ran into some pretty white roads. Since my car wreck last winter I panic easily and this morning was no different. I panicked severely. I turned around and cried all the way home. Now the boss wants me to try to come in later. It is an hours drive and I just can't do it. I am sooooo angry with myself. But dh says I may never get over this.

On a different note I walked off my anger on the tm this morning. 25 min.[/COLOR]

[COLOR="Indigo"]Actually the WOE is going great. It is getting easier. I don't want to turn back. I found out the the swimmy head is from a UTI that is backing up into my kidney. Isn't that lovely. I started taking antibiotics today. I am not going to do the tm tonight due to the pain of the infection.

Menu for today:

BF- bacon, coffee 1 carb
L-Roast pork w/ cream gravy, broccoli 6 carbs
s- cheese and pepperoni 3 carbs
d- sauteed shrimp w/ garlic, salad 5 carbs
S- sf cheesecake 4 carbs

Total 19 carbs

I think I need to write my food down and measure my vegys and see if I am going over or not even close. Do you measure your food? How do you get 1 carb from bacon?

I count the cream in coffee as 1. I do measure most of my foods.

Jen do you measure before you eat for the day of as you go? I was hoping I would not have to do this but I think you are right doing this.

As I go along. When I had my urinalysis today it showed ketones in my urine. The lab tech asked me if I was on a diet. Kind of made my day.

[COLOR="Purple"]Well not a lot going on today. DH left for Sevierville this morning. I still hurt from this stupid infection. I took something for pain but it hasn't kicked in. Very uncomfortable. I need to try to do my exercises for today. UGH!!!

So far menu for today is:

Bf- bacon, 2 egg and coffee 2 carbs
L- broccoli cheese soup, pizza toppings, salad small 8 carbs
D- not sure yet. Don't feel like cooking but it is a couple hours away so we will see.[/COLOR]

How long will DH be gone for? I am sorry you are hurting. I have never had that infection but I am sure its not fun. Your menus have been great. Look at you. What has dear mother said lately about you NOT being able to do it?

You aren't as big as I am. UGH!!! The tape is a real eye opener tho.

I have stuck with this induction thing since wed jan 28th. Not one cheat, but I don't really feel like I have lost anything. I don't know. Maybe when I weigh on wed. I might feel better.

Menu for today:

BF- sausage, fried eggs (2) 2 carbs
L- 6 chicken wings, salad 3 carbs
d- chicken breast, salad w/ hb egg 4 carbs
S- pepperoni w/ cheese 2 carbs

Total for today11 carbs

Exercise walking back and forth to the ER 20 times already Oh and DH came back today around 2:30pm. I didn't have to go to work until 5:30pm:blush:

Jen--you are doing great!! Trust the plan, the results will be there. I don't think the 'feeling fat' ever totally goes away, there are just days we all feel like that--don't let it bring ya down. I hope your infection is clearing up. I can't remember if antibiotics make people retain water? I know a lot of meds do, but if the scale doesn't make you happy Weds, give it until you have been off the meds for a few days and I'm sure you will have a great surprise--but hopefully you will have one Weds--you definitely deserve it!!

[COLOR="Indigo"]Ok yesterday was definitely a fat day. UGH!!! I felt fat, I looked fatter and was just a blah day. I think I have decided to not stress over mondays that they will always be my fat days.

DH has left this morning for Sevierville again. Wasn't as bad this time around but he will be gone for 3 nights. He will be back on friday. But it is work.

You weigh in tomorrow? I do every day, I say I wont but I do before I get in the shower. I guess it motivates me...or does it?

What does DH do that takes him away so much?

We will forever feel fat!! Thats just how it is. I can not wait to hear your los tomorrow. I know it will be great. Your meals are clean and you are getting your exersize!!

DH builds houses and since things are so slow lately they have been taking jobs out of town. He will be working most of the summer in Sevierville.
But the good news is we can take some weekends and go to Dollywood which is about 10 miles away from him.

As far as weigh-in. I am not happy with it. I got on the scales before work this morning and they said 216 That is a 4 pound drop in 14 days. I know I am doing this thing right

I need to it up on the exercise I guess. I am starving this morning. Is that good or bad.
