Hey, we can celebrate together!!!

You are soooooo close to onederland, I bet you are happy to see that a'coming!! I'm cheering for you, Jen!!!

Let's see, we have how many weeks left until Thanksgiving? (about 19 and 1/2)
About 23 and 1/2 until Christmas Day.

It's hardly likely for me to get to onederland by then, but that would be my ultimate dream. That'd be averaging OMG at least 4 pounds per week~~ewww. Considering it's been months since I lost ANYTHING, I'll have to rethink my goal. It's humanly possible but since when am I normal.?!$%^&*...................When I lost this first 50 pounds, I know we had a pool membership. It's just hard to physically get TO the pool (far end of the Motel) and BACK to the car!!!! Plus the cost is so prohibitive right now. It does seem the best way for me to get a good workout, since nothing hurts in the water!!!!

Yeah I really hope to be there soon. I learned one improtant thing. My attitude was keeping me from losing anything. When I quit trying and just started enjoying what I was eating, I lost 5 pounds. You can do it. I know we will both do it. Hang in there.

Here I am. Today. Still fat. But, I have a plan~

A girl, whose bridesmaid dress I paid for 6 years ago, is paying me back today! So DH and I are getting pool memberships for a month before the money is spent elsewhere. That should strengthen my spine and legs; I love jogging in the water.

Been having a lot of summer company. I still eat the right things, but I'm so tired from just keeping house and cooking and visiting. HELP!

Need prayers and support.

Ok here I am at work today. Blah!!! But it is weigh in day so. I weighed in at 213. That is 2 pounds down this week.

I like that. As long as the scales are moving in the right direction I like it.

Good morning. I now have a new grandbaby. She was born on Monday morning. 6lbs, 12 oz, 19 1/4" long. Lots of dark hair.

I have eaten like crap this week. I have to get back on plan today......

Thanks Teresa. Her name is Samantha Anne. She is so beautiful. They get to come home today. Oh yeah I am so ready to spoil her, just like the baby.

Ok here I am again today. I did my weigh-in on Sunday since I wasn't home on sat. Down 3 more pounds. Finally the scales are moving in the right direction. Yah!!! I have decided not to post very often as it is hard for me to keep up without my computer. So I will try to stay up on my journal.

Teresa, How does everyone remember our birthdays? I need to start writing all these in the same place so I always have them. I'm bad. But I did remember that today is our dear Jennifer's is today. So there's hope for me yet!

Jen......this is our last birthday with the extra pounds. Ain't that great! We're getting healthier for these grandbabies. There's no better reason!

My mother took me out to lunch today. Chinese but it wasn't that great. It is the thought that counts tho.

I had a good time anyway. Yes Teresa the new GB is fantastic. Still struggling with finances and it just makes it a little harder but we make it. DD has grown up some seems like, but her BF. UGH!!!

It is so nice that you both remembered my B-day. Thanks again. I can't wait until the next one, I will be a lean mean machine. I found the perfect outfit today and DH says he will buy it for my B-day. I wish he could be here but he is working in Townsend. He did call me early this morning to tell me happy birthday. That helps. You all have a great day.

Glad you had a good day.

I am angry with myself. I ate like crap last night. I have to get a grip on these work nights. I work from 6am to 6pm and then drive an hour and 15 min home. By the time I get there I am starved and I have to cook most of the time when I get home. So I eat whatever. UGH!!! Now I am sick today and mad at myself for not sticking to anything. Just not having a good day so far overall. It is going to be one of the busiest days I have had in a while. Try to check back later.

Are you keeping any snacks available for those long rides home? I know for me, letting myself get that hungry--especially when I'm stressed and tired--is a recipe for disaster!

Hang in there dear--and quit beating yourself up!

I know you have had your ups and downs but you have never given up, and as long as you don't--you are succeeding and you will meet your goals!

See that is the problem. DH didn't get to work much last week and so mom sacrificed. I didn't have anything with me. UGH!!! He says that is not going to happen again. I need to worry about me first then others. Will see. Thanks Teresa.

Yes I do have a plan. I only give up for a few minutes then I get mad and jump back on.
