Ok today I have an eating plan. Lets see how it goes. So far it has been well.

bf- atkins shake
s- cottage cheese
l- chicken salad, lettuce and cuc salad, vinegarette dsg
s- roast beef and cheese roll up
s- atkins shake
d- grilled talapia, salad vinegarette dsg.

I will be at work until late so I have planned 2 snacks in a row so I don't go home starving. Hope I can balance this out.

I actually don't get a long weekend. I have to work sunday third. But we are taking dgbaby to Santa's land.

Man it has been a crazy day. I had to go get DH from Sevierville this morning. Their truck tore up. I try to plan ahead tho. I took snacks with me so I wouldn't have to stop and find something. Just got done with supper and I am exhausted from the ride and all. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Yeah I wish I did get holiday pay. I get shift differencial tho. Had a great time at Santa's Land yesterday. I need to get all my stuff ready for tomorrow and get to the store to get groceries. Yuck.

bf- protein shake
s- sliced turkey and cheese
l- chicken salad with celery and mayo
s- protein shake
d- chicken salad w/ celery and mayo, broccoli
s- sliced turkey w/ cheese

70-80 oz water.

that is the plabn for today. We'll see how that goes.

well I actually ended up eating.

Hey Cle! I haven't spent a lot of time on the computer. Just a couple posts here and there. I have been trying to stay busy. I am doing quite well actually. Thanks for asking. I hope that you are well also.

I need to get my butt in here and get caught up on a lot of things. I will try to do that on Sunday when I go to work.

Eating has been well and some exercise. I just don't push myself like I want to. But I will get there.
