Morning Cle!!! You have a great one too.

I had a good day of eating yesterday but I was starving by the time I got out of surgery after 5pm yesterday. I ate a few mac nuts on the way home but I was still starving when I got home. Of course it was almost 8 when I got home. I eat on plan just more of it than I should have. Hope today is better.

Hey Jen! I hope today is better for you! I hate when I am ravenous...which usually happens when I am working out hard...

thanks for all the mothers day wishes. I did have a good one. I got to see 2 of my 3 children and 1 of my 2 grandchildren. It was nice. We had snacks at dh's moms house and I took Marly's cheesecake. It was awesome. Thanks for that recipe. I didn't have enough almonds so I mixed almonds, pecan and walnuts. It was still great tho. YummY!

I was so tickled when the scales were down to 210. I thought I was never going to break this cycle. Yeah.

At work now and another long sunday night. Have a great one.

Well the day was going great. I came home and slept for a couple hours and did some exercising. Then I decided to go for a walk. I had gone about 2 1/2 miles when I twisted my ankle and fell to the ground. Very embarrasing but also very painful. I can't put any weight on it. UGH!!! I have to get better before wednesday. I have to work.

Actually I am feeling much better. I walked with dd today and I did well. Not as sore. Thanks for the wishes.

Have done really well with eating and exercising this week. Actually have incorporated some wasll push-ups and jumping jacks (dang I hate those). I haven't done those today due to the ankle, don't want the chance of hurting it again. Low impact things for a few days.

I can't take this anymore. I need more. I am thinking of changing my WOE. Maybe do WW or something like that. I just don't know what to do. I keep telling myself if I want it bad enough I can lose it but the truth is I do want it bad enough. So why can't I get this stuff off?

Good morning, Jen. Believe me, I know how you feel! I started this WOE January 14, 2008. Lost a slow 35 to 40 pounds. Been holding that off so that's good. BUT, I thought since I weigh so much I should be easily losing more. And quicker. I'm just not giving up low carb because I know it is the only plan that I can follow and stick to FOR LIFE. Everything else works for awhile and then fails big time. With low carb, I can go anywhere, eat anywhere. Be satisfied and happy. At least we aren't going upwards in pounds.

We're here for each other.

Well I went home last night and had some kind of mental breakdown. I thought I was going to bed at 9 and it was actually 8:30. DH couldn't understand why I went to bed so early. I was physically and mentally exhausted. I over slept this morning, but I feel so much better today. Fresh and new. I have tomorrow off and I plan to use it to PLAN. I want to be prepared for the next couple weeks. Instead of trying to wing it, which I don't do very well. I do better with a structured schedule.

BF this morning scrambled eggs w/cheese, sausage links.
l- plan is chicken breast salad w/ranch dsg
d- not sure yet (dd is cooking I think)
