I was thinking something with turkey chunks, cheese, green chilis(or green enchilada sauce) onions and cilantro. What do you think? Or should I start slow? Making it tomorrow I hope or Tuesday.

That is the beauty of building a fattie! You can put anything in it that you wish and make it your own. The one you described sounds pretty tasty! I wouldn't mind tring that one. I think the green enchilada sauce onions and cilantro will really set the whole thing off with flavor. I'll want to hear how it turns out for you.

Thanks Jamie, I burned 420 calories on Jillian Michaels Wii training. Did 40 minutes. Tomorrow I will do at least the same. After I was done I started thinking about how many calories I consume in a day. Dang!!! I am afraid to figure it out.

I have the crud that is going around. Not to hungry nor thirsty.

I am hitting the hay in a few minutes. the vaporizor will be my buddy again tonight and I guess Vix.

I bought the new Jillian Michaels Wii fit game. It is hard to figure out what to do to make my girl actually work out.

Feeling a little bit better today. Did not eat much yesterday and afraid to weigh since I know its from being under the weather.

Stomached tuna salad and some mayo and turkey yesterday. About 4 cups of tea too.

If you are sick you are sick, don't worry too much about food.

I have been using Fitday on and off for the past week to see how my cals/carb/protein/fat ratios are. EEEK!

Anyhow they have improved it lots in the last couple of years and it's pretty easy to use and most important...it's free! I don't use it daily because of time and also I am easily distracted, but you might like to give it a try.

I can not believe I wasted $40 on Jillian Michales game for the Wii Fit. It skips or freezes. I think I am going to take it back or maybe sell it on ebay. I hear all the games from her do the same. very disappointed. Plus it is mostly running, I wanted more but could not find a place to rent it before I bought it.

I ate turkey chunks dipped in mayo today for lunch, hot tea and not sure what to make for dinner. I think I will look up a recipe on Linda Sues recipe Site for turkey.

Worked out for a lousy 20 minutes and burned 250 calories. that was ok I guess. Wish it was more but at least it was something.

For dinner I made Linda Sues "Green "Enchilada" Chicken Casserole". Although I did not have green salsa I use cilantro salsa and I mixed pepperjack with the montery jack. Smelled and tasted wonderful. Wanted to put a dollop of sour cream on top but was out. Maybe next time.
I got 15 cups of broth out of the turkey bones I boiled. Bagged the broth and froze in 5 cup increments for later use. Turkey broth gets used alot in my house, this was almost free, so why not boil them bones?
Dinner was amazing if I can say so again, can I? Would be great as a filling in LC tortillas with lettuce and avocado and sour cream!!! Maybe next time?
I need to use up the rest of the turkey so I will look tonight for more recipes. I do not want to freeze it as I will forget and then it is a waste. Any ideas friends?

I want to try to use up the majority of food in the cupboards, freezer and fridge. I think I can go 2 or 3 weeks with the exceptions of HWC and eggs. I may be asking for recipes once my stock gets thin. I am a food junkie and buy on impulse and have alot to use up. I get that from my mom I think. Gotta love mom.Heck if there is an earthquake you can all come here and I can fed you for awhile. I want to clear out my non LC food and feed my son, told him he was in for an adventure and what my plan was. He just . Gotta him too.

Your dinner sounds good.. but spicy.. I don't do spicy.... my hubs does though..lol..well my boys do as well.. so if they want spice.. they add it themselves.. ..

I bet I could go a couple of weeks of no heavy grocery shoppin like you..lol..I told dh last week that I was sending him.. so he would just get the basics.. milk.. eggs.. creamer..bread and be done.. but no.. I went and spent another 100.... I just see a sale and stock up.. .. he says I don't save money that way.. cause I just buy more.. .. but I do in the long run.. and when I do have him go to the store.. I will say.. now see how much I saved THIS week.... yeah.. I'ma dork..
