So sorry Rebel! I cried when our tree split down the middle a few years ago and we had to take it down....I can't imagine having to take down 6 trees! It is very sad but like you said better that then lose your house.
So you get tornados too??!!! Those scare the heck of me!! We lived in Alabama for a few years and I went through 4 of them! I was so scared! I really hope the storm we had this weekend does not come your way....maybe from California to your neck of the woods it will calm down! I hope so!

This has been a hard recovery and they upped the chemo so I have been really sick. SF frozen pops are my new best friend. Today is the first day I logged on to see what you all have been doing..I have not left the bed for days.
My mom is going to come and help me some in a few days...so that is a good thing.
I wanted to let you all know that Philip will see the specialist Thursday for a follow up about the brain operation choices...so please keep him in your thoughts...
I am a downer tonight...huh?
I just took my pain pill...give me a few and I will be better soon..lol
You guys do not know how much you all being here means to me. It is such a reminder of just how blessed I am to have each of you. Thank you ALL.

Ok, girls. It's Friday! Let's get this thing going for Amy when she checks in because she's got enough of the other stuff going on right now.

It seems like everything is way too quiet everywhere I'm checking in. Where do the rest of you spend your time on the internet? We used to hang on every word posted about KK's, but I don't see anyone talking much about it any more. We had fun posting OT when it was slow, but I kind of got scared to do that if you know what I mean.

Mom, you said you're getting the idea I don't like to fly. That's an ongoing joke with Amy and me. I told her that if I die in a plane crash -- one will have to land one me. Of course, that's not so funny considering that one landed on a house in New Jersey last night.

Hey everyone!!! TGIF!!! Here I am. I'm sorry I haven't been so good about keeping up! It seems there just aren't enough hours in the day and since I started trying to be on line less during the work day it all just gets crammed into a little bit of time in the morning and evening.

I hear you Reb. I stopped posting much at all in the Kimmer thread because they just get all snippy if you post OT stuff...although apparently some off topic stuff is more acceptable than other

It's awfully quiet there these days too.

So...where have I been hanging out?....Facebook, Mariasols forum, here, and a tiny little private forum that has nothing to do with any of this stuff....just a group of female friends who coffee clatch together via a forum.

I am keeping Miss Autumn this weekend and i have some cute cat pics to share when I have more time.

Amy...I am praying for you and your family, as always. I can't even tell you how much I wish I could do something to lift some of the burden from you.

Oh Reb, by the way, I almost forgot to say....we had a military jet crash into a house here in San Diego a month or so back. It killed this guy's whole family while he was at work. His wife, his 2 baby daughters, and his mother-in-law. Such a tragedy!

Hi Rebel! I noticed that the entire internet seems to be quiet!! Maybe when the BK trial gets going there will be more chatter. I can't wait for that!!! I'll be there that's for sure! I don't mind flying except for the take off and the landing!! Well and as long as the plane stays in the air! Prayers for the plane crash victims in Jersey.....how very sad...I heard on the news that one of the ladies that was on the plane was a widow of a 911 victim....so sad!!

What are you doing in the States tomorrow? When I was a kid we used to go to New York a lot....my grandmother loved New York! And Niagara Falls...I remember lots of pictures at the Falls.
I'm going to play with grandkids tonight and tomorrow....clean on Sunday and I have Monday off so....I'll think of something fun!! Maybe I wil have a taco dinner and play Blocus!! It's a new board game my DD found and it's so fun!!

lots of products in the states that i love, I'm lucky I live 20 min from the New York state boarder and another 5 min from Vermont
