Wanted to stop by and say hey to everyone. I have been in a funk and hiding away is NOT going to help...so I am going to try a different way...Reaching out by jumping in...here is a great place to start.

I am healing from my last operation..Looking forward to things going back to normal..I am not exactly sure I recall what that is but I will find my new normal. Right?

I have to say that hearing Gary died was odd to me. Not sure why. I mean people die everyday. I guess maybe thinking about Gary again reminded me of just how awful he has been. It shocked me some of the things he did and said in response of my son. Then again I never really should be shocked when it involves Heidi or her types.

I would love for ALL of you to stop by and tell me what ya are up to and how each of you are doing.

I didn't really know much about Gary, but read all that stuff during that time.

Linda I agree you are always so up beat ...it is good medicine to be here with you.

I am up not able to sleep..Hate when I think at night...

Actually I am feeling puffy and icky..steriods are harsh on the body. I swear I have gained 30 pounds over night. Oh well ...have to get sick to get well from being sick..right?

I will be around this weekend..I will have some down time ..having surgery in the morning ...so I will be resting and working on healing..and well taking pain meds. So get ready. Ha.

It's crazy how much I depend on internet in my daily life. I use it for paying bills, checking bank account, medical info for Mom, news, facebook, and of course,,,,email and LCF. During a storm Friday, lightening hit and from then on........no DSL. Called technical support two times and all they could come up with is that I needed a new modem. So they sent one out Saturday. DD and I have checked and tried to get connected every couple hours since. No luck. So I check around noon today. Voila. We're back up and connected. What's with that? Apparently tech support didn't diagnose that correctly because we don't have the new modem yet. he he. I'm cautious though because nearly 4 days offline was tougher than I thought it would be.

So, I'm back and need to make the rounds to see how everyone is doing. I'm good! Weighed in on Saturday (one week since last weigh-in). Down another one and a half pounds. I'll claim it.
