Did I know AmyB had an LCF journal? I'm not sure. If I did, I forgot it! But it came up at the top of my new posts search so I had to stop in and say hello!

I just joined Twitter! Not that I needed something else to do with my time online but it does look fun. I found out about it on GMA a few days ago and when I saw Amy has a Twitter page I just decided to get in on the fun, too.

Amy, I think of you often and hope you're doing ok.

Looks like this is a major hangout for a bunch of FWK pals

Hi Steph, I was never on KK but follow the FWK because I want to see her brought to justice. What exactly is Twitter? I should google it because it sounds like the new rage!

Praying for your dear family, Amy. Did you have this weeks treatment, even tho you felt so lousy? Hopefully, SOON, the healing time in between treatments will lengthen.

Skeopple, Twitter is the newest social networking craze for staying in touch. It's sort of like chat, but not in live time, is the best way I can describe it. Washington DC is all A-Twitter these days, apparently, LOL.

Linda, I'm waiting very impatiently for my gastroenterologist to get around to calling me with which oncologist he's sending me to. Waiting is the hardest part of this. When you know you have a ticking time bomb, you want to feel you have someone's attention right now or maybe yesterday, KWIM? I'm gonna be a brat as a patient I think....

For some reason I'm still not clear on what AmyB has? What is the bone marrow thing about? I need to get caught up on my blog reading but each time I try to make the rounds I get interrupted by something. I stay confused

I can relate. My mother had a great sense of humor. As for our house, it's frozen to the ground again. We had sleet, freezing rain, and snow since last night and today.

Hi everybody!!! Sorry I have been MIA...but boy is there a lot going on in my world!!!

I got to see Heidi at her BK meeting...she has not lost any weight. She was grinning until she saw me...the grin faded quick!

Amy....I tried to call you today.....left you a message.....thank you so much for being you!!! In the face of your illness and Philips surgery you still made time for me!! I appreciate you so much. I pray daily for you and Philip and Jim (your Jim) too! How is he doing by the way?
Anyway....thanks for being the great friend that you are!!

Hi Linda!! your humor is spot on too!!! Maybe that's why we all like each other!!! HUMOR!!! It has saved my DH more times than he can count!! It's hard to stay mad at him when he make me laugh so much!
M2E!! Poor Eli!!! We live in earthquake country and I still have to call my grown daughters to make sure they are not frozen in a door way after a shaker!!
I hope all the storms pass over everyone without any damage!! I agree with you too Rebel....a "good" chance of storms is not a good term to use at all!! LOL!!!!
Steph....you are in my prayers for sure!! My DH has non hodgkins lymphoma too but he is not taking any treatment yet...his tumors are too small at this point so we wait.....ticking time bomb......yep....it sucks.

Gran, what's not to love about you?! I can always read your enthusiasm in your posts. I can tell you are excited today about the bankruptcy hearing. lol

Yes, I'm glad, too that we are all gathered here and can laugh and vent and say what we want to. I didn't know we could do that here since we never could in the KK's threads. Go figure!, but I'm glad about it anyway.

I'm wondering about Vickie. Does anyone know what's going on with her? She usually reports on Friday nights about her "Autumn" weekends. I don't think she posted last Friday night or any time since.

Oh trust me Sharon.....I have to compose myself every time I see her and it's not easy! I have so much damage from doing the KK diet and some anger. I don't stay angry since it's a negative feeling and I try hard to never be negative. I know my participation is all of this will make a difference and I will stay professional and never hurt the case.
Besides....there are too many lawyers around to slap her! LOL!! She'd press charges I'm sure! I know I would on her! LOL!! Oh wait...I already did!

I'm so sorry! i didn't mean to make anyone worry. That was incredibly rude of me to just stop posting with no explanation.

I'm fine. I've just decided to concentrate my postings on my blog. I had found myself involved in so many forums to try and stay in touch with different people and groups...and it was overwhelming. So, I've pulled back from the forums and I simply blog. (and do facebook)

I welcome comments on my blog. On facebook I am Vickie Ray (San Diego) if you want to send me a friend request just add a note telling me that I know you from here. I'd love to continue to keep up with everyone. Just not on the forums anymore. I'm finding that a lot of us are on Facebook!

Jim didn't need surgery - doing PT instead. He's back to work. Philip had surgery yesterday. I haven't heard how it went yet. I've just been praying like crazy ...

I've been praying for Amy and Philip too. I'm glad Jim didn't need surgery - that whole family has way more on their plate than anyone needs.
