Hi everyone!
I just got home from the meeting of the creditors for Heidi's BK. First....John asked me to say a big thank you to all that are working so hard on this case!! Mom2Eli.....Wildangel.....too many to name really!! he wanted to say thanks to EVERYONE!!!!

Ok...yes Heidi was there. No she has not lost any weight. No she has not learned that the truth is always the best answer! I don't think she would know the truth if it walked up and smacked her!

I can't get into the legal issues....come on now you knew I'd say that!.....but John told me that he would post some info on his site as soon as he can! He is a very busy man!! He ran into the meeting from LA and went to another one this afternoon! I will also tell you that John rocked!!!

I don't think this is something I should not say......Heidi did say that when Cottles retainer ran out HE decided to seperate.... I do know that was a question everyone here had!

It was very exciting! I am learning so much and I'm very interested in it! The Wheels of Justice......they seem to be spinning in the right direction!

LOL!!!! Rebel.....I can guarantee that they would have had to seperate you and I! LOL!!! I was being good 'cos there were two of John's assistants on either side of me!! LOL!!! I did some chuckling but if you had been there we could have down right heckled!!! LOL!!! I wanted to yell "liar" at least 3 times! LOL!!! Amy, after following your threads on LCF and Phillips CaringBridge for over a year, I feel I know you well. Where did you get your crazy sense of humor? You are one funny lady. I tried to post on your family blog but I guess I'm messing up cuz I couldn't get in there. Just want to let you know I'm cheering for you and your family. When I mention you in day-to-day stuff, my family knows you too. I am blessed to know you. We are all blessed to join in here and be long lasting, long distance FRIENDS!!!

How are Reed and Cole doing with all the medical issues? Boys can have a hard time venting or showing stuff. Your Emily is a great helper/supporter. I'm sure you realize that. I forget; is Jim home or is he in the hospital yet? Hoping and praying you all have better days ahead. And that you all can get some restful sleep at night. Sleep heals too. And that your headache is gone as you read this.

Well, I guess it's up to me to light the match and keep the fire burning. We are snowed in here in our little corner of the world with nearly 10 inches of global warming. It's supposed to be in the 70's by the end of the week. That's the kind of roller coaster weather we have here. At least, here we get the snow and enjoy it a few days and it's gone instead of it coming and staying for weeks at a time.

The city workers did get our mountain of limbs and branches moved from in front of the house last week, although our new carport didn't arrive before the hail storm we had on Thursday night. Good news, though! No damage to our vehicles.

I hope all of you are enjoying a quiet weekend with your loved ones and friends.

Linda...thanks, we had fun! Vern thought I had lost my mind when I started taking photos of our feet on the pier!..but it was so much fun.

We ran around today, after church, running errands and dreaming of our someday kitchen and bath remodel at Home Depot! We were laughing and saying that someday, if we EVER have equity in our condo that we bought 2 years ago, that is now worth half of what we owe on it, we might be able to refinance and remodel...LOL. It's a good thing we like it the way it is as well because it could be a very long time before we actually have any equity now!

OK.....we are expecting some people to come and get our old mattress set this afternoon. We got a new (new hand-me-down) mattress and box spring, so I put our old set on craigslist, for free, to whoever wanted to come and get it. It's a nice set, it's just too soft for us....so anyway, this guy e-mailed me and he was so happy because he and his wife have been sleeping on the floor and they saw the ad. They're supposed to be here in the next 45 minutes or so. I am so glad to be able to give it away to someone who really needs it!
