I'm a bit embarrassed as a new starter to admit I flopped last night

I had a migraine all day and didn't eat because I was so nauseous and sure didn't want to get sick at work. I got home and had a lc yogurt and and got sick a few times. Took a hot bath and felt a tad human. Felt too awful to make the kids dinner so I made grilled cheese and canned soup. I later decided to try grilled cheese. Well it stayed down and my migraine started leaving.

That wasn't bad enough. Around 10 I ate a piece of zucchini bread. My stomach was just fine by that point so there was no excuse. I just figured I'd already had the sandwich so why not. That is very self-defeating behavior isn't it!!!!

I woke up again with another headache and am going to force myself to at least eat a few bites of egg. I don't want to set myself up for the same mess again!

Thanks for letting me ramble and vent.

I decided I'm going to weigh daily and do an average. Thanks for sharing what you do ladies!

Howdy howdy!!!! Well we got the messing up out of our system so we are good to go!!!!! Yeah, lets go!!!!!

Another darn headache today! Ridiculous! Someone pointed out induction flu but I'm thinking sinus related migraines as ds gets them too and has had them. Poor kid! I forgot to weigh and just drank coffee. I'll go weigh anyways after I do my resume and deduct 8 oz I guess.

Snack last night ended up being cheese (2 carbs). Weight is up. 183.2. Gee, don't like that. Fridays cheat finally catching up? Could be!!!

I need to start exercising again. I'm going to start slowly and see what my back can handle. I'll log what I do to keep me honest

Oh and I so hate fitday but am thinking of doing it

Ok did fitday today. I found I am actually eating less carbs that I thought. 10 for the day.

Got plenty of exercise today. Mowing, pulling weeds and a walk BACK is screaming!

182.4 Down a bit from yesterday but still up over the 182 I restarted with.

Got less than 4 hours of sleep ugh!!!!! Ended up super hungry last night and had 2 slices cold bacon.

Someone mentioned the salt I eat might have be bloating. Possibly but I always eat salty things so I guess I won't sweat it.

However I worry my swimsuit wont fit near the end of Oct. at this rate

Well my silly old scale jumped back up yet again. Good thing I'm going by a weekly average I guess I decided I'll cut out the cream besides the T in my cofffee in the morning. I have never had a problem losing with cream before but who knows! It will save me some cash too I guess.

I looked at the day I started this journal. Last Dec 3. Well backwards progress since then. I can't wait for Dec 3 to roll around again so I can show great progress the next time!!!!

Wow did I have an unpleasant awakening! I lock my yorkie in the bathroom at night because he wakes me up all the time barking at things he hears. He is about 3 and besides the barking at every critter he hears at night (we are very rural so lots of critters) he has never been a problem!

So anyways every night I put his bed and blanket in the bathroom with a few toys. No windows in there so noting for him to hear or see to bark at. This has worked great for years! Hubby got up first and called be downstairs before 6am. My dog had ripped about a 3 foot square of the new flooring right off the floor!!!!!!!!What the heck????????? Oh was dh mad! I'm just shocked! Dh just remodeled that whole bath not long ago!!!!! How can a 6 lb dog do that?!?!?!

Next rude awakening. Yesterdays 180.8 turned into 181.8!!!!! Gee and I was so good

Having bacon for breakfast and packed boiled eggs and celery for lunch with mayo

Dinner will be either the burgers I cooked last night or an omlette I only made 6 burgers which is usually plenty for 4 of us but my boys will be helping an aunt move today so they may be hungry

The scale will move again soon. My weight has been up and down between 205-203 and I'm now back at 203 . We both will be blessed with a WHOOSH next week .

Menu was bizarre yesterday. Looked at the calendar. TOM due next fri. Oh please let it be later or start now! Dh and I have a romantic weekend away next weekend with a fireplace jaccuzi suite. I don't want to worry about tom!

Yesterdays menu is bizarre. I never added dinner and dinner again to fitday.

tomorrow would have been 2 full weeks on plan had I not had the cake. No regret~ no hanging head. Just want to keep track of any slips and the length of time and loss or gain in case I see a pattern.
