Sounds like you have a good plan Jill! I have to agree with LC being easier. Higher carb just left me hungry too. Yeah I miss a few higher carb goodies but we can have some back in maintence.
Oh I'm so glad to see your doing less weiging! I honestly think it will help us a lot! I lost 80+ pounds without a scale. I was less apt to cheat because I couldn't check the damage if that makes sense. Thanks for the good luck vibes for hubby. He should know by next week. It is looking good I think but time will tell. His job hwe is supposed to go back to in thwe spring will sure be mad an he is top driver senority wise but he is honestly afraid that say in a year they lay them off for 5 months again. No layoffs in all the years he has been there before but this is a different economy. Hope you got your mom back safe and sound!!! bHave a great night Jill! |

I know what you mean about rewarding with food. I guess we need reward ourselves with lobster or something! Have you ever thought of giving yourself a clothing reward for every so many pounds?

wow down to 150.5 this morning... i know it is all water weight but it makes me feel so much better about going on induction again!
side note: i have noticed that when my stomach not exactly gurgles or churns but makes an odd sound during the day and i am not hungry i tend to have lost some weight the next morning... weird i know but i think i will keep track of it in my journal to see the correlation... oh wait no i wont i put my scale in the closet til the end of feb LOL keeping off the scale is gonna be VERY hard for me...mom is doing the diet too and she always asks at least once a week my weight... especially if she has lost some ![]() AND the gym where i change has the scale right there in the room taunting and teasing me! If i have to i may change my weigh in to once a week or twice LOL but i am gonna try not to. breakfast/lunch 12:30 ( i stayed up to 4 am so i slept in) ???? probably fried bologna and some bacon maybe...

I really don't reward myself with clothes to much. I have totes of my cute clothes in 3/4/5. I only kept the pieces I really like. I should though as my current fitting wardrobe kind of sucks! I hate buying clothes knowing all those cute ones are in those totes. I'm going to order turbo Jam. I can't believe hubby thought it looked fun. I hear you on the thighs. I have them too. They will shrink! Good luck on weighing less! |

i thought about buying that but i bought hip hop abs instead... i liked it but i like the gym and wii fit better... dont like to exercise alone LOL

i have been lazy about posting and lazy about my journal.. my internet connection on my laptop is being picky so it is aggrevating me!
been doing good... the need to weigh was hard at first but now i dont even think about it as much (because i hid the scale).. I also hid the sour cream and onion chips so i dont sneak a few! breakfast: 2 bologna snack latte with carb count down milk coffee and sf cinnamon syrup |

Sounds like that hiding was a good idea! I get lazy about my journal and my blog. I need to keep on it too. Some times ya just get busy too. So how is the fundraising for your daughters pagent going?

2 bologna 2 bacon 1 latte wth carb count down milk 3 carbs beanless chili 2 pieces sf delights candy bar few nuts chicken salad and fried jicama off to make some sponge bob bread welcome all new comers we r a great group gym 1 hour including 200 crunches 30 min wii still workin on water |

WARNING TMI ALERT *****tom is here and will be here full force tmw... I always spot 1-2 days before full blown ! maybe i will start losing agin

carb smart... icecream does not cause bathroom issues with me and i can eat one and be happy.
was up til 4 am painting my duaghters room and still did not finish it... i am so tired. i also bought laminate floor for my bedroom and my duaghters room... so breakfast was at 12:30 in the afternoon! 2 fried bologna, sunflower seeds, and a few porkrinds... |

hey i have been slackin on my journal.
stayed on plan.. breakfast/lunch salad with grilled chicken from zaxbys then just snacked on legal stuff the rest of the day... ..smoked sausages,porkrinds and dip,2 pieces of estees delights sugar free choc bar vinenna sausages no exercise except walking down the road ( 2 big hills) to a neighbors and back stayed pretty muchon plan yesterday too.. ( execpt 2 oreos! ) |

yeah michele said i would journal then turned right around and have been awol !!!!
can of vinnenas minus 1 wienee latte ( strong coffe, carb count down milk about 3/4 a cup.. less than 3 carbs, and sf cinnamon syrup green bean fries... way too many about a 1/2 a bag LOL 3 small hot sausage links two pieces of sf choc and a lc icecream tuna with onion,celery, pickels on an oopsie some walnuts need to start writing down everything i eat again... i think i am forgetting stuff and not ralizing how much i am eating! according to gym i have lost 46.5 inches total!!!!!!!!!! and a little over 23 lbs... so happy! gonna keep on going...and going... and going... the energizer bunny! or turtle.:0 |

lunch was a lamb steak.. so full after eating i did not want any veggies...
dinner... grilled chicken salad from cracker barell snacks will be almonds... they always have them at work... other than lc sf icecream which i try not to eat too much and string cheese ( yuck) its the only low carb treats they have... they supply snacks for us but most of them are carby... GOOD NEWS! i was selected at my gym as memeber of the month! cool huh. they were very impressed with my stats... 23 lbs lost so I will get a tanning package a bottle of lotion and a contours t shirt.. pretty cool.oh and 30 min of but and gut routine at the gym and 20 min on the eliptical |
