well my 10 am snack was lc homemade cereal with carb count downmilk... probably 1/4 cup of each..

not too bad and made me feel kinda full

2nd bottle of water down!!!!!!!!!!!!

well cheating is in the air today... i have not had a completly cheat meal since christmas!...

well i sure blew it today!!!!!!!!!! at least it was just one meal but by looking at the carb count it was around 200 carbs!!!!!!!!!!! but there was a dessert in there too.. i've not had a sugar dessert in forever.. now i feel YUCK

think i will hide my scale til monday!!!!!! I think it was the going up for no reason this morning that put me in a cheating mood...

I am not even going to list what it was i am so ashamed...

guzzling my 3rd bottle of water... want to get 4-5 in today and 1 hour of wii exercise done!

Ah I'm think maybe I should put it away until the Fab 1 thread starts! Seriously. Though my darn tom always starts around then but anyways. I blew it more later. The bad part is I don't even feel bad!

You are so right Jill is does bite going back down the carb ladder! BIG time.
Freezing the bread sounds like a good idea. Those wraps and bread just make it so much easier. Eventually though!

ok got mad at the scale again today... why do i even look every day?... oh well did 25 min on wii fit.. and going to gym for 45 min - 1 hour aerobics

breakfast:
bologna: 2... 0 carbs 180 cal total
few nuts..... 2 carbs 100 cal??? just guessing not a full serving
water, water, sf sierra mist

lunch:
4 hotwings ...1.5 carbs... 306 calories
jicama... ( i ate less than a cup but this is count for a cup) 49 calories 6 carbs

snack:
5 hot sausages.. 1 carb 130 calories
water

supper???
1 pork chop and some veggie

snack????

Sounds like you are active today! I tossed my scale for a bit. I knew it would make me mad! Your menu looks perfect Jill! The weight will go down. I know being so close to goal you'd likely want it to go faster though!

So I got to ask did you have to step on it? It does get addicting doesn't it!? I hope to get down in weight one of these days. Not stressing though.
Keep up that exercise and you'll need new belts to go with those baggy jeans!

sorry for not posting a menu yesterday... it was a hectic day.. my daughter is running for little miss sweetheart at her elementary school and we had to find a dress, shoes, jewelry, etc.... she is the hardest person in the WORLD to buy shoes for i was so tired by the time we started home!

b: 3 small sausage patties 10:30
l: latte with heavy whipping cream and sf caramel form starbucks 1:00
d: salad and pizza toppings 5:30
I was up till 3 am with friends playing wii fit and guitar hero so there are lots of snacks to post!
s: nuts, banana, 1/2 a atkins bar, sf icecream, bite of chicken that was breaded and 1 small sister shouberts yest roll ( 13 carbs for this tiny thing!!!!!!!) 1 or 2? cant remember rs candy
25 min of wii fit

sunday:
11:00 breakfast: 2 bologna (0carbs) 1 slice what bread (7 carbs)
1 water

gonna try to do 45 min of wii fit today and eat clean!


oh and by the way...WE STILL did not find shoes that she thought felt good!!!!!!!!!!!!

and yes i did weight michelle not up but not really down.. still 151.4... oh well still less than i started jan out with right! LOL
if all i lose is 4-5 lbs a month i will be ecstatic!!!!!!!!!!! roflmao

I am really really craving a corn dog... and the salt inthem sure wont help my water weight LOL

hopefully i can over come the craving...

wow woke up 1 hour late had to throw my hair back into a french bun grab a little rice krispy treat for my daughter for breakfast LOL and run out the door!

did not get to take my lunch or fix my breakfast so i ended up eating 2 atkins bars and a salad for breakfast and lunch... had a tasty cake and not gonna say what was for dinner

exercised after my daughters tooth was pulled... then came home fixed her some soup ( bless her heart) washed dishes, swept. screamed at the dogs for getting in the garbage.. did a load of laundry ... whoo. i am tired LOL

hopefully i will be able to get on tmw afternoon... and possibly tmw morning!

1 double wheat bread. 50 cal 13 carb 5 fiber = 8 net carbs
7 almonds 55 cal and around 1-2 carbs
bottle water with fresh lemon squeezed in

lunch.
1 boneless skinless chicken breast dipped in a beaten egg and coated in parmesan cheese with italian and garlic powder. then fried in oil.. cal????? carb prob 1 or 2
covered in 1/4 cup of pizza sauce.. 30 cal.. 4 carb 1 fiber
bottle of water
1 prenatal vitamin ( no not prego its just a good vitamin)
1 dose of miralax

wii exercise 30 min.
gym 1 hour

read the flat belly diet and it intrigued me. so i will try the 4 day kick start to see if i can get moving again! then feb 1st I am gonna join the challenge thread again.. and be back to the LC way....I am just kinda bummed about this months progress.. I will continue my water, exercise etc...

supper was late so had a rs lc breakfast bar for snack

then supper was at 7pm!

ok started the flat belly 4 day anti bloat diet...not sure if i will stick and go on the to the next 28 days of it or go back on induction... MAN these 4 days are gonna SUCK i am so used to eating when i want and not worrying about calories but thats why i think i am not losing

when u get close to ur weight where u r no longer over weight i think calories count!

this diet has 1200 calories but i may up it to 1300 or even 1400 but those extra 100 or 200 will be from veggies if i am hungry!...

I also subed he skim milk for carb count down...
so
b: 1 cup of ceral... no sugar
1/2 cup cc milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
I was full so i saved my unslated sunflower seeds for later
glass of sassy water

then at 10:30 i ate the sunflower seeds

lunch will be:
4 oz of turkey
1 pint of tom. or bell pepper
1 low fat string cheese ( i will sub this for cream cheese and celery)
glass of sassy water

snack:
1 cup cc and 1 cup frozen unsweetened berries.. blend and add falxseed oil or 1 tbls of sunflower seeds

dinner:
1 cup of cooked green beans
4 oz of grilled fish
1/2 cup roasted red potatoes drizzled with olive oil
glass of sassy water

I have carrots bell peppers, pickles, celerly etc. i will snack on if i get hungry cuz i wont make it if i get hungry!

will post more later to see how today went...

suppose to not got over 4 hours without eating!
and drink 8 cups of sassy water every day... and walk every day atleast 5 min.

yeah well that plan went to H#ll in a hand basket... i should have remembered why i do best on the LC diet in the first place. I have no self control and i hate being hungry!!!!!

i did fine then i had to run to UT hospital with my bf to see a friend who fell into a diabetic coma and just woke up. so i ran to subway and got a sandwich.. 345 cal... thought well thats close all the food have been 300-400 cal. when i got home after eating all the carbs i thought hmm a few chips will be ok.. then i ate some summer sausage and who knows what i grazed on next... we stayed at the hospital late and around 11 i was famished and got a small hamburger from mcdonals!!!

I thought i would do a 4 day anti bloat diet... well I knew i loved the LC woe for a reason...

I have no self control and i HATE being hungry... it was a 1200 cal diet and well lets just say i did fine till about 5:00 then I BLEW IT!!!!!

so I got up this morning and had thier breakfast took my daughter to school and took a nap cuz i gotta work til midnight tonight!

I woke up realizing why should i change? I mean I may have been stuck for a month or so at a time and some months i may only lose 2-3 lbs but IT HAS WORKED and it will CONTINUE to WORK ...

SO ............ as of lunch I am going on STRICT induction.... if i dont start losing then i will do LC with watching my calores cuz some people say as u get close to your goal that calores count too.

so I am so full of carbs I am gonna take a while to get into induction... I whish i liked the yellow in eggs so i could do meat and egg.. the only time i eat the yellow is scrambled LOL

I am gonna try my best to get into ketosis... this seems hard for me but it so helps with cravings!

1. i threw out all my wheat LC bread
2. I put the nuts way up onthe top shelf
3. put my DD and bf's chips in a cabinet instead of out in the open ( sourcream r my weakness)
4. i have steakumms, hot wings, tyson steak strips, eggs, bologna, summer sausage, turkey, and hamburger patties. I have plenty of water

MY goals:
1. exercise at gym 3 times a week for at least 45 min. (aerobics or the cuircut then ab training) do the wii fit at home as much as possible
2. get all my water in.. ( this is usually not a problem
3. I am only gonna weigh 3 times... when we start on sunday... then on my monthly anniversary at the gym.. they measure too... and on the last day. This will be the hardest.
4. post my menu's ( every bite that goes in my mouth)
5. give support on the board and post in my online journal
