Cute avatar Jill!! I do need current pics! Full body pics. I do have face shots on my space. I suppose I could snag those since I can't find my camera cord. Of course my hair is adiffernt color as usual though.

Congrats on the loss! I don't think I'd get too worried. I tend to lose in chunks, stop, lose a chunk again. Do you see a pattern for yourself?

That is so nice you bring stuff to your Mom! Congrats to her on doing so well!!!

How's your back doing?

ok update on todays food
s: brazilnuts and lc hot choc.. 3 vinnena sausages
d: pizza toppings

exercise..... 40 min wii fit and 1 hour gym...

confession: i had a few small bites of the bread off the pizza and 3 of my daughters sweet potato fries!...

hope tmw is a good day! my daughters school is starting 2 hours late but the school i work in is in a different county and they aren't so we all still have to get up early

bummer..

michelle my back is A LOT better but i am still taking it easy at the gym.... i really dont want to re hurt it and some machines still make it twinge so i dont use those..


thanks for asking! and i also need to get a full body shot... but all my clothes are kinda baggy and so u cant really tell i have lost 22 pounds ... I am like u and dont wanna buy a new outfit till i get to goal... what ever i decide that is...

I did tell my BF i was gonna buy a leather skirt when i hit goal.. he grinned and said what about leather pants LOL MEN!

today was another hungry day ... this morning was fine.. 2 bologna slices and coffee... got hungry before lunch had 2 strawberries and a few cherries...
lunch was was a steakumm.. salad ( lettuce, cucumbers, ranch dressing)
snack: sunflower seeds and a sucker/sf lc
still hungry after work so i ate 6 nuggets after taking off the breading lol

ate a few brazil nuts before workingout and had a great work out but boy are my thighs sore from the wii yesterday LOL

came home and while i waited on my lamb steak, broccoli and cauliflower to roast i had porkrinds and ranch dip... nowi am not really hungry for the steak so I will eat it as my
4th meal LOL

no school so i will be up late woo hoo! no school cuz it is suppose to be 2 degrees tmw... and in TN thats darn right cold.... [COLOR="Magenta"]no michelle it ait as cold as u got... u can keep that cold air where u are 2 degrees is plent cold enough for this southern girl LOL[/COLOR]

-40 today and school cancelled again! I'll take your 2 degrees please!!! I have to get to work today as I'm booked. Hubby has a box thing to jump the cars all chareged up.

Nope I haven't really measured but I can pull one pair of jeans off without unbuttoning that I couldn't Dec 1. I had two measuring tapes but the both disappeared after the kids borrowed them. It is on my list for today after work. Yesterday I grabbed ribbon and measured my hips and waist and just marked it on there.

I think I'm ok with nuts but need to back off more than a few T cream. Oh and the 85% choc.

I am so glad you are doing so well though Jill!!! I'll get there.

all right last night was stressfull

my little girl started aching all over and running a fever.. i gave her advil around 9:30 temp 101... but by 11:10 her fever was up to 102 so i gave her tylenol... after an hour or so it finally started coming down.... she slept with me so i could keep an eye on here... she did not sleep well....at 2:45 after cool wash cloths advil and tylenol it was normal!

I hate when they get sick... it so pitiful... she will be 11 soon... and pretty
much a healthy kid... except her eczema is terrible... i recently ordered some emu oil to try that and see if it helps any...

i ordered some liquid splena from ebay... cant wait till i get it so i can try it out! it is only a one ounce bottle but i did not know if i would be able to regulate it andknow how much to use.

yes i talked my self out of fries... but ummmmmmmmmmm after worring about her i fell into my old habits i sat down with a bowl of sour cream and onion chihps and a 1/2 glass of pepsi... yep i did it but i am hoping eating clean this weekend will keep me from craving.

I am home till 3:30 till i go to my second job.... and i have internet there. will be there till 12 so i will be on checkin in

ok she does not have flu or strep just a bad virus... woo hoo..

she will be with her dad this weekend so i will miss her

any who... so far just had more coffee and almonds.. oh and 5-6 pretzels with pb inside..

rain e daze... i am about 1 hour north of knoxville .... its nice to know there is another e. tennessean around...

michelle.. aw we did not go his back was hurting so we stayed at my friends house and acted a fool playing rock band LOL... my throat is sore from singing...

confession: my friends hubby works for a local cookie company and umm well their house is full of sweets... i ended up eating 2 and 1/2 packaged chocolate chip cookies...

just gonna list what i ate cant remem if it was snack or b,l d, LOL 2 fried bologna, almonds, 1/2 pork cube steak few brocc and cauli roasted, 1 sf choc russel stover 2 hot wings, salad from zaxbys with grilled chicken but i told them NO texas toast then them darn cookies.. around 2 am I had 2 pices lc bread with 2 scrambled eggs..

Nope I've never heard of the flat belly diet. What is that all about?

Do you really think I needed to eat more? That was 1500 cals but ya know looking back at fitday from 2000 when I got really thin it was 2000+.

When you say fried bologna do you mean just slices of bologna? Like lunch meat? It sounds interesting!

Big congrats on that 149 sticking!!!!!! Woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!

I saw the movie The Unborn yesterday. It was freaky!!!! Wow I tell you the main characters figure sure gave me inspiration! I think I'm going to find some of my skinny pics to put up for some inspriration.

LOL I do something so silly with recipes it is ridiculous!!! I open another window and enter all the ingredients in fitday to get the total. Say it makes 4 sevings. I divide all the fitday numbers by 4 and enter it all as a custom food. in the original fit day window I opened

Once they are in there~ no biggie. I kind of got used to having to track after being a diabetic forever. Darn pushy dr want nutrition logs with every visit

yeah i geuss fried bologna is a southern thing LOL u just pop it in the frying pan and put it on the stove.. my mom used to cut 4 slits on it.. one on each side so it wouldnot puff up.. takes less than a sec to make.. course back in those days i would put it on white bread...

some peopel like to put a slice of cheese on top when its hot and let it melt..

ooh! scary movies freak me out!!!!!

see i would have never geussed that little bit of food was 1500 cal LOL.. thats how i got fat i geuss ( ROFLMAO) I have never counted calories or carbs.. i just kinda go with the flow but i geuss if i wanna lose the last 10 i should

now on a side note.. i was not going to post it but i have been thinking it over and want some other ladies opinions

at my friends last night she asked " how much more do u want to lose?" i said well 130 is what the wii fit says but i will take 140 any day!

she said " your gonna be anorexic.. now i hate it when people say that cuz anorexia is a serious disease and believe me i eat...

She tried the LC for all of 2 maybe 3 days bu couldnot do it... She made several snippy comments about me looking just fine at the weight i am now and not losing any more " u dont want to b a stick do ya?" ok now i have child bearing hips and a belly I am no where near a stick!... then she has the gall to ask.. well r u doing this for your boy friend or yourself?... i said well since he had NEVER negatively commented on my weight... for ME would have to b the answer...

why? why? why? do friends do this? I hope she gets off that bandwagonand starts encouraging me again... ( i would her!)

Jill I hate to say this but it is plain old jealousy
I had one friend telling me I was too thin at 145 last time and sickly at goal. In no way was too thin or sickly. The friend saying this was two inches taller and 15 pound lighter.

Yes, jealousy is the answer. I've had the same kind of response from people. Maybe you could just say "well, the wii fit says that's a good weight for me and it's where I think I would feel best, but we'll see as I get closer" I would use the health issue with these type people. even tell them your doctor recommends a certain weight. Or, just don't worry about her jealousy and keep moving forward!

Ah please don't shoot me but so was mine. Ya gotta remember they are used to looking at us "fluffy" It takes time for them to adjust to us looking different. Change is hard

Or like you said she really is concerned. Its so hard to say cuz even when someone loves you to pieces I think it still is hard too see us different.

You know, I've been guilty of kind of thinking the same thing of friends who have lost a lot of weight. I have a friend who started eating South Beach and running a few years ago. She was not terribly overweight, but was a little plump. She lost a lot of weight and at least 5'6" she looked like all legs and at first (even though I didn't say anything) I thought she looked a little drawn out in the face, but after awhile, I realized I just wasn't used to seeing her like that. So, I think there is something to the idea that people just aren't used to seeing it. Hang in there, she'll get used to it!

well ladies... the 149 did not stick! i was 150.2 this morning.. but that is still al loss of 2 lbs this week and I will absolutley take that loss I was stuck for so long in nov and dec... seeing it go down is a nice change...

ok well still debating on breakfast... lunch.... dinner LOL

its snowing outside.. i sure hope it is gone by tonight i am suppose to work...

pretty much think breakfast is gonna be suausage and fried jicama
I will be back later for the other foods

gonna try and drink more water today...
no exercise just cleaned house!

I get a 10 min. break every hour.. I may try and think of some exercises I can do at work... prob. not the full 10 i use that time to pee,grab a snack and ease my eyes from looking at the tv/computer screen..

my menu changed after i posted it ....

s: latte with heavy whipping cream and pepperoni with lc crackers and pork rinds and dip ( this was scattered throught the day LOL) not at one sitting

why is the scale so mean? why do i feel the need to weigh every day?

i was upsto 151.4 this morning!!!!!!! was it not enough water, was it too much salt ( hidden or what i added) was it the banana? was it the 1 and 1/2 pieces of wheat bread?.... no exercise for 3 days?

this is so frustrating

ok if it was the banana or wheat bread then too darn bad. My body's gotta learn that fruit and wheat bread is OK and even good for me eventually right?

well its 8 am and i have downed one water and will be heading to the gym and doing the Wii...
7ish pre breakfast : 1 bottle of water
8 ish b: 1 piece of wheat double fiber bread ( 50 cal, 13 carb, 5 fiber.....so 7 net carbs) no carbs in the bologna..

s: pepperoni and almonds

l: tuna salad and oopsies

d: broccoli and meat of some kind

s: ???

this is what i plan to eat but will i? I will up date later

Hang in there Jill! I know scales suck! Mine jumped also. I've been thinking of doing daily weighing but taking a weekly average from it. It seems for us ladies fluctuations are just worse!
