Tiffany2288 is Aiming for 30 miles a week of cardio
So I am aiming for 30 miles per week of cardio and aiming to hit the gym 5-6 days per week. I have been writing down my workouts but thought it would be easier to do it here and would love any feedback from others.
I started Sunday 11/9 (with the goal of 30 miles per week). |

Sunday 11/9--Weight 129 lbs
Weights - Arms & Abs Rolling Staircase = 2.5 miles = 20 mins Bike = 2.5 miles = 10 mins Cardio Total 5 miles = 30 mins (The Rolling Star Climber is a great choice of workout, as long as you don't mind climbing an endless flight of stairs. You'll get a great overall aerobic workout, and your lower-body muscles will get plenty of action-especially your calves and thighs. Another rest day for me. My parents are taking us out to dinner to celebate our 1 year wedding anniversary. We're going back to the place where we got married for their awesome surt n turf and yummy seafood. I can't wait! Will run and do weights in the am tomorrow first thing. I had my sister in law and 2.5 year old niece over all day friday and saturday (all girls slumber party) during the day...chasing her is a workout in itself! Walked around the mall for a few hours too and bartended for 8.5 hours so I got in lots of cardio. (just not the typical gym/machine kind like I usually do).
