Tiffany, I'm curious if you are thinking you still want to get to 120. I'm just noticing how well you're doing and wondering if you think your body is settling in at this weight. I often wonder if I will be able to get to 125. I'm down to 135 today though so I'm feeling even more hopeful. I'm enjoying watching your progress and you've helped inspire me to get back on my treadmill. I did 4 miles last night and that was the first time I've done anything since before Christmas
No excuse for that!

(Been working out for 10+ years.) This spring I will start running outdoors and training for a 15k that I plan to run in the summer with a friend, so perhaps that will help me lean down the last few lbs. I do need to take my measurements again this week and check my progress though because I know I've lost inches. Thanks for checking in and I am so happy that I could inspire someone...that is an amazing feeling. Sugarlessforlife and SugarFreeSheila both inspire me so much! PS - I'd probably be closer to goal by now but I cheated on thanksgiving, christmas eve, christmas eve, new years eve, new years day and last week before my mom had open heart surgery so I am ok with where I am right now. (By the way those were all planned cheats.) Hope this info helps...thanks for posting! ![]()

I took my measurements again today and here are my results. When I started atkins I weighed 149lbs now I weigh 128.5 lbs.
Chest was 38 inches Now 33 (-5) Abs (under boobs) was 33.50 Now 29 (-4.5) Waist was 33 inches Now 27 (-6) Hips were 38 now 33 (-5) Bicep 11.75 now 11.25 (-.50) Forearm was 9.25 now 8.5 (-.75) Calf was 14 Now 13.5 (-.50) Total lbs lost = 20.5 Total inches lost = 22.25 BMI was 28.8 % Now 22% |
