Ahh thanks hon! I quit the pushups too.

The girls were rapidly shrinking...faster than the rest of me LOL....not cool!

Monday - Weight 130 lbs

Tonight I ran 2.5 miles in 22 mins
(alternating sprints between 7.5-9.5 min miles)

1 hour vinyasa yoga class. (I'm addicted!)

1 hour pilates mat class

then

Wave Machine = 5 miles = 11.5 mins
Treadmill = 1 miles = 11.5 mins

I really wanted to run longer but my calves were on FIRE last night from monday nights run and the yoga class.

Rest day - have a cold and have to bartend tonight again for 9.5 hours, then again tomorrow for another 6 hours so I'm taking today off.

Going to wear my pedometer tonight to see how far I walk while bartending.

Thanks, its incredibly cathartic for me. Stress is at an all time high right now and its the only thing that clears my head AND is great for my body.

I'd prefer to sit on the couch with an ice cream sundae and some white wine to deal with the stress but that would be terrible for my health.

Diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer all run in my faimly and I am detemined to keep my health for as long as I possibly can.

Yeah today is our Global Charity Day so we have celebs coming to do trades for charity, and I have my camera with me and ready. I didn't do anything drastic or crazy, just went a little blonder and brought the bangs back.

I'll post them either tonight or tomorrow during the day. I have a dentist appt at 5pm in the city, then want to take either a 7:30 abs class or a 7:30pm Empower class at my gym tonight.

ABSolutely H: A 30 minute class designed to tone and strengthen the midsection. Incorporates Pilates based movements. ALL LEVELS. (30 mins)

I REALLY want to take the Empower class bec one of the two instructors is also teached the yoga class I love. she's just AWESOME! If I get in a little late though I can still walk into the abs class late, that teacher doesn't mind, so keep your fingers crossed I can get there on time tonight!

Thanks! I am ALL ABOUT new clothes! They are def motivating and I've been buying things they are too tight and using them as my motivation to keep working out....I am dying to get into one dress in particular and have it look great, not lumpy! LOL

I love wine and wine parties but I def went overboard on that one. I was SO ungodly hungover and sick the next day. That's the first time I've been drunk on atkins, and the hangovers are the worst!

Yesterday was a stress reliever run. I intended to only do 20 mins then take a pilates class but just kept adding 5 more mins to the treadmill and basically couldn't get off of it. I felt fantastic afterwards though.

Tonight will be more cardio at 5:30pm then off to bartend at 7pm so lots of exercise for me today, (as always on fridays) I'll be wearing my pedometer again tonight to bartend and hopefully it won't reset on me again like it did last saturday.

Sunday - Monday

Out of town for DH's grandmother's wake and funeral so no weigh ins or workouts but stayed on plan but had LOTS of coffee, (heading up there on 2 hours of sleep) not enough water, too much sodium, too much cheese and some cashews, (which I thought were low carb-found out last night they weren't).

Oh well, back to lots of cardo this week heading into the holiday season.

Hopefully cardio and getting back with my water intake will help flush my system out. Wish me luck.

Once I got under 130 I realized there was a whole different body underneath Now I can really see my muscles and abs.
