After a week of eating too much, eating tortilla chips, some Pringles, toffee, ice cream (twice!), s'mores, marshmallows, Angel food cake w/ Cool Whip, regular Italian sodas...Wow! Once I make a list, it sounds like a LOT of things that are bad for me!
Anyway...water retention...200.5 this morning.Starting 4 days of protein and fat. |

Camping WOE plan
animal protein and fat, including nuts
After a week or so, if I feel that I can handle it, then I will add vegetables, no beans, no iffy things...just pure low-GI vegetables. If I feel that I'm getting out of control, then I will go back to just animal protein, fats and nuts. Gotta get through 3 weeks of not planning food w/o becoming sick from flour and other simple carbs! Back away from the chips and s'mores!!! Back, I say! |
