I just don't even know what's going on, anymore. My weight was 162.5 on the 15th and the 9th, too. So, I feel like I really haven't lost anything new since the 9th. That's not a fun feeling.

IDK why, because I had a chocolate coconut ice cream milkshake which had an entire pint of ice cream in it and regular rice milk (sugar) because they were out of coconut milk, and 1/4 pint of coconut ice cream at home. I feel like my body just weighs what it wants to weigh sometimes.

That's not very bad at all. I ate chips on Christmas Eve, whatever on Christmas, and a ton of Chex Mix the day after Christmas. So, after 3 days off-plan and only one back on, my weight is only up 1.5 lbs. And who knows how much it might have gone up, anyway, since it was a new low and my body has been a yoyo lately.

I wonder if my weight is down because I took 90 mg Armour twice/day Tues-Fri instead of 90 AM and 60 later. Hmm...

I've had heart palpitations off and on over the past 3 days. Once on Friday after working in the heat (4:30 or so?), once yesterday, and just now while sitting.

The only changes really are exercise and that I've been eating a lot of Splenda. I googled it and it's a possibility that Splenda is causing it. Since I don't like AS because they're fake and since I realized (re-realized) that Splenda contains carbs, I don't want to eat it, anyway.

Hey...I get heart palpitations at the theater when I have lots of Diet Coke or tea. I had thought that it was related to eating a lot of carbs and having hypoglycemia, but now I wonder if it's the Splenda. Hmm...
