The past couple of days:

I've sat around and slept.
Ate bacon, pork rinds, bacon grease, and Mounds balls (SF).
Drank tea and water.

That's about it.

BLT salad, and cucumber w/ olive oil for dinner.

That's a lot of carbs.

Then I ate 2 chocolate squares in bed. (LC) I usually eat one or less than one. Two wasn't good for me. I had heard that it causes intestinal distress for some people...I guess it does me, too!

Once again, I see that I can eat more carbs if I'm eating more calories of fat/protein. Wow...just like Dr. Atkins said to do.

I ate 3/4 of a pint of SF coconut ice cream yesterday. I didn't feel good after that. And I thought that my weight would be up.

3 or 4 chips
1 c coconut ice cream--I did NOT feel well after eating that much. I think it's too much agave syrup for me.

Not a lot of liquids because I was gone until 4.

Thanks, DP! The sodium makes sense. Plus, it was a lot of carbs for me. Little Smokies have a lot, and usually I would plan to have the vegetables OR the ice cream, not both.

Yesterday, I didn't have as much liquid as I'd like, so I might just still be having water retention.

I hear you, I was about the same for Novemeber. 2 pounds lost is at least better than 2 pounds gained though.
