Average 1.7 lbs/week

At this rate, I'll be at goal in 19 weeks, which is March 18. I don't really like to figure these things because sometimes I go off plan, & sometimes things happen to hinder weightloss, but this time I'm glad that I did because I was feeling very discouraged. March doesn't feel that far away. It's still before summertime!

I guess that I didn't drink many fluids yesterday--that could be it.

Also, I had a big wilted lettuce salad, then had meat and vegetable soup for dinner--might have had more carbs than I had intended.

This is why I don't like to get excited anymore when it goes down. It goes back up, too. *sigh*

I have water retention--my fingers feel like stuffed sausages.
I had a 1/2 & 1/2 latte yesterday.
I had a HC latte last Saturday & my weight was up a pound the next day. It could be diary, it could just be that my weight went up.

I ate no sugar added ice cream yesterday--twice. Not enough water. Why is my weight all over the place? What I ate used to show in my daily weight, so this is really confusing to me.
