DP! Wow, that would drive me nuts. ... Well, now that it's happening to me, it IS driving me nuts!

Saturday night, ate chocolate-covered pomegranates, and sweet nuts w/ dried cranberries. I was tired of my weight, and I just gave in because of it.

Sunday's weight
178

Monday's weight (2 days ago)
177.5 or 178 (I don't remember right now.)

Yesterday's weight
177

Today's weight
176.5

Now THAT'S more normal for me. PLEEEEEEEASE keep going down.

(Why does that have wings?)

Well, 175 today. I drank only about 9 cups of liquid yesterday and lots of salty meat, and more vegetables, so that's probably why it's up a pound.

I have severe water retention. I ate lots of SALTY meat--even some in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep--and less water than usual.

I'm not going to freak about my weight being up 2 lbs because it could easily be water retention but then...that means that it hasn't gone DOWN the past few days, either.

We went to a Mexican restaurant. I had fajitas w/o sour cream (milk) but they had a lot of onions. I was still kind of hungry. Then we went a movie, where I was only have diet coke (which I really don't like as much as coke zero) until...my friend put her buttered popcorn RIGHT BESIDE ME. She's mean. I was only going to eat one piece, but...I didn't. Then when I got home, I thought that since I'd already been eating popcorn and I'd been wanting some chocolate covered raisins, I ate some of those, too.

Not eating enough fat and too many vegetables wasn't a good idea. And trying to eat ONE piece of one of my favorite foods wasn't, either.

I laughed when I saw it because:
we went out to eat late last night (high sodium)
I ate way more than I needed to
I ate chocolate-covered raisins & popcorn in bed

Whatever. Apparently, my body has decided to be normal and have fluctuations that seem unexplainable.
