I had popcorn, then more popcorn, fajitas w/ corn tortillas, corn chips, sweet corn stuff (um...see the corn trend? ), candy, more candy, chocolate chips, rice and beans, flavored popcorn, sausage dogs w/ cheese in them...I don't even remember what else!

Oh, and I had chicken salad which SOUNDS ok because it's lowcarb, but it has mayo which is made from eggs.

Well I had a hamburger and fries not once but TWICE, once at Red Robin and once at McDonald's. I also had regular Mexican food several times along with chips. :blush:

tomatoes
bell peppers
radishes
cucumbers
salad shrimp
green onion
w/ vinegar, soy sauce, and pepper


Why does eating vinegar make my stomach feel funny?

I had 2 desserts today!!!! Well one was a bag of peanut M & Ms and one was a piece of German chocolate cake. TOO much. And it was not a "controlled" thing if you know what I mean. I have to be careful!

Goal/challenge/whatever

I want to get to 162 before eating off plan, including foods to which I am allergic. That includes movie theater popcorn. I've been goofing off for too long! Somehow I seem to have shrunk, but I haven't lost any weight.
