Hi I just stopped in to see if anyone has been around. I did not weigh in today cause I had lots of salt yesterday. I can't wait till that corned beef is gone. It's fine carb wise but too much sodium and I love it. Duh!!!!

I DID weigh this morning at 5:30, so 2-3 hours earlier than normal, which means a 1-2 lb higher weight, probably. And this was after a corned beef meal last night.

TODAY'S WEIGHT
178

Not too shabby considering the time of day and salty meal.

I'm wearing my new jeans--skinny jeans, size 14. Actual 14, not 14W, I think. AND the other 14s were all too big!

I, too, corned beef! Yum!

Me too! I think they have been sabotaging my weight loss though with all the onions and too much cheese EVERY Sunday for lunch. I got way less (probably half) the cheese that I normally do today so we'll see. Also was back up to 150 today for some reason. I hate very light yesterday so not sure what the deal was. I THINK sometimes it happens when I get salads out. I had one on Saturday at Applebees. I always us e a lot of ranch dressing and who knows how much sugar it has when you are out.

TODAY'S FOOD

took my thyroid med, then went back to bed

1 TBSP coconut oil
1 1/2 TBSP almond butter w/ celery
4 spicy pork rinds
black tea w/ 1/4-1/2 c coconut milk replacement (although, I've still only had 1/2 the Venti-sized cup of it)

Need to go take my vitamins while food is still in my stomach....oh. Too late. I ate an hour and a half ago. Oops. And I'm not hungry right now. I guess that I'll have to eat something, because I want to take my immune booster.

Weight has been up lately, and I haven't been posting it because I haven't been eating completely correctly.

Back to eating correctly, partly because my weight was 181 a few days ago (Friday or Saturday, I think), yesterday it was 177.5.

burnt sausage patties (I was doing too many things at once )

First part do NOT stop posting because your weight is up or you haven't been eating right. That is a bad bad thing to do!

Good job on the new low though! I LOVE a new lower number on the scale!

Well, I HAVE been busy. I just didn't pop in for 1 minute to post my weight, because I didn't feel that I needed...or wanted, maybe ...a record of my weight going up.

MY NEWS: I stayed on plan 100%. I am sick of chicken wings though cause my dh cooked a bunch for me to take and I ate them every single day. LOL It definitely helped me stay on plan though. Even eating out I did well. I'll weigh in tomorrow and see what the scale says.

Well, not the best news from the scale, up a few pounds but I just know it is Salt. I didn't go off plan so I'm not too worried. Today will be a big water drinking day.

I don't know why, but my weight almost always goes down .5 lb from a shower. Of course, it doesn't help from day to day, just w/ the morning weigh-in weight.
