I wasn't going to weigh today, but I couldn't stand it.
I ate so much pizza toppings last night that I knew that I'd be retaining water, and I could SEE that I was, but I haven't weighed myself for over a week, and I was scared of what's going on.Fri, Jan. 8--183 Sun, Jan 17--186.5 Could all be water weight, but it could be that I just ate too much and/or too many carbs all week. I didn't keep track of anything. |

I'm down 7 pounds. I'm excited and happy that I'm finally doing something. I even told the parents last night. I'm doing a big grocery run today cause we're out of so much stuff and it'll make my plan so much easier. |

cream cheese/HWC/touch of stevia 3 c Haute Chocolate tea w/ 1 oz HWC turkey hot dog (100% real meat + seasonings) garlic Tabasco 3 c vanilla white tea w/ 1 oz HWC, SF coconut syrup cream cheese/HWC/touch of stevia casserole from last night (sausage, green beans, 3 kinds of cheese, garlic, onions, eggs) 2 jalapenos cooked in bacon grease w/ cream cheese 2 c Haute Chocolate tea around 6 c water today |

I'm REALLY considering going off all dairy products for a couple of weeks to see if I feel better.
My ND said that I show a lot of symptoms, plus I KNOW that I'm allergic to it...so...I shouldn't be surprised! ![]() But I don't want to because I like eating all of that creamy, fatty, filling yumminess. I guess that I'll have to cook more since I won't be able to just grab something from the fridge. Still don't want to do it, though. Aaaannnnddd that's a frequent indication of an allergy--addiction and a desire to NOT cut it from the diet.

I'm tired today. I think I slept too much during the day yesterday what with sleeping late and then a nap. I couldn't get to sleep till after 1 and then kept waking up. I'm going to try to make it without a nap today and see if that helps.
