I'm tryin to be around more. I have so much to accomplish with just moving and trying to get the old house fixed up to rent. it's crazy.



I lost 1/2 of that pound I gained. Still thinking it's nothing I am doing, maybe sodium or because I went to work out. I will evaluate Monday and if I have actually had a GAIN for the week I MIGHT consider changing something. I anticipated after the 10 pound lost in induction that it would slow down though. Anyway, my clothes already feel a lot better and I feel better so that's a plus!!!!

OH and my BP was 122 over 70 at Food City on Tuesday!!!!

HWC/cottage cheese/SF raspberry jello stuff

Indian buffet

few bites chocolate coconut ice cream
taco salad--ground beef, olives, green bell peppers, taco sauce, guacamole, cilantro, sour cream few tomatoes
3/4-1 cup! :blush: chocolate coconut ice cream (w/ agave syrup, so it's low carb--was more than I had intended to eat, though!)

vanilla pomegranate red tea w/ WC and SF coconut syrup

Twins! The poppers did fine with me last night, a little burning in the stomach but mostly GOOD! I did down some Pepto though just to make sure. My jeans are LOOSE this morning!!!

I haven't had a scale since last Saturday--and I don't even remember if I used it that morning. I will weigh myself tomorrow, and I'm nervous about it. I have NO idea what's going on w/ my weight. The last time that I didn't weigh myself for a week, I gained 7 pounds!! Or was it 5? Either way, it was scary and I don't want to do it, again!

OK...thinking...I should clarify that it was the last time that I was trying to lose weight but didn't weigh myself for a week. I DID go camping last summer for a long time and didn't take a scale! I'm pretty sure that I considered taking one, though!
