My "unpost" this morning was this:

Yesterday's weight
193.5

Today's weight
192.5

It hasn't gone down since Saturday. That's frustrating to me. BUT...

In the past month, I have lost 2.5 inches on my stomach and 2 inches on my hips. That's encouraging!!!

Reviewing what has been happening w/ my weight:

Week 1....down 5.5 lbs
Week 2....down another 3 lbs...TOTAL 8.5 lbs

In the next 16 days, I've lost another 4 pounds. Hmm...less than 2 lbs/week. I know that's in the recommended weightloss rate range, but I think that everybody who has listened to me talk about my weightloss knows that I'm not happy w/ that. I mean, one of the HUGE reasons that people try Atkins is to lose weight quickly.


I think that I'm eating too many carbs--not that I'm eating very many at all. I'm going to keep track for several days to a week to see what I'm eating.

BREAKFAST
1 almond
2 duck eggs
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp yellow chili paste

Calories....333
Fat.........27 g
Carbs......3.2 g
Protein....18.4 g

I am finding that out! However, I AM keeping my exercise up. I almost stopped since I am not eating right but I figure at least I'm doing one of 'em right? AND I feel better for it.

Great job sticking with the exercise! Why do we (meaning "people") tend to throw out everything good that we're doing when we're doing one unhealthy thing? How silly is that?

And yes I am the one who is usually "all or nothing" which is why my house used to be perfect and now it is a candidate for "Clean House" or "Hoarders Anonymous"

"All or nothing" only works in some areas of life--like w/ God and food. I might have missed an area or two...

4 slices Chinese BBQ pork w/ mustard and sesame seeds

PM...finally started drinking water regularly. My stomach didn't feel well enough to drink much earlier today.

I ate a TON of fried potatoes last night! They were SO yummy!! Oh, and theatre popcorn throughout the day. I KNEW that if I ate one kernel, then I'd be in it all day long.
