A friend of mine was telling my last night that she took a new teaching position at a christian school and before the interview the principal prayed, then interviewed her and told her if this job is for you God will let you and I know. Then when she heard the pay, she didn't want to take it but it was everything she had asked God for, peaceful place, less stress etc. So she took it and her first day there the teachers gathered around her and prayed...you don't get that with the board of ed!! I'm amazed! it truly is a downfall the pay cut but she took a $30,000 pay cut but God has been providing for her and she has peace of mind, she loves the atmosphere and when she's going through it her fellow teachers can pray her through....that just sounds ideal

The interview is tomorrow morning at 9:30am. I am competing with one other person. I have asked my manager in my current position if he would provide a recommendation.

That is wonderful that your friend has that in the school she works for. You can't put a price on having peace of mind!

Ooooh, that would be so nice!!! I would love it! That sounds like a wedding proposal I saw where the man took his fiance to a very expensive hotel to propose to her. They were all dressed up and he took her to a room where people from their families and church were. The people prayed over her and then asked her a question about him, if she answered correctly, she was given another room number to go to. All in all, they went to about 10 different rooms with different people praying over her and asking her questions, each room had candles lit and different colored rose petals on the floor. The last room they came to was just him and her and he sat her down and told her of his feelings toward her and then kneeled down and propsed. It was beautiful!!!

You know Marlette, I have a Tae-Bo tape also, but I have never been able to keep up with it. I mean I can't BREATH.But you are right, it's an awesome work out and you can't help but drop something. Maybe now that I've been exercising more I should give it another shot and try to build on it everyday. Thanks for that idea. Are you able to do your tape all the way thru?

Hey Loretta...I think you should do the Tae-bo in addition to any other program that you may like. You see results so quick it is SICK! I have been doing Tae-Bo on and off since about the year 2000. I have the first set of VHS tapes he released and I purchased his Fat Blasting DVD set back in 2004. I can stay in for the entire program, but you better believe I am panting, but I LOVE IT!! Which is why I can fit into a size 8. Not trying to be arrogant or anything, but I have a lot of muscle on my body. I just need to stop covering it with layers of fat! I have good genes, Tae-Bo and running on the treadmill to thank for that.

I didn't do Tae-Bo or go to the gym today....I was just plain tired. I did get in my crunches, 400 Baby!!! I was sweating a little while I did them so I guess you can say I had a low-impact workout tonight!

The ricotta pie turned out good. I am happy I tried it. Here's what I ate today.
