Thanks! Yep. All going good for her and the kids.
Weekend was hard but I made it thru with small amounts of cheating. Back at it hardcore again today. Just got done with 4 miles on treadmill. Going to eat 2 hamburger patties and a salad for breakfast/lunch. I have switched to a breakfast/lunch at 10:30 ish then a snack in the afternoon, then dinner. Will see how it works. |

Still going strong! I am finally back on the path I think. Have fighter practice tonight. Always a great way to drop some weight. I can drop 3 pounds just during the 2 hour practice!

Hey flipz.........Just checking in to say hey.......Glad you're back in the driver's seat. Me too.........Sometimes when everything else in life seems so outta control the dieting is a good thing. It's the one thing that you can control. It doesn't always go that route, but when it does it can be so gratifying.
