Lost another pound! Pretty sore today though. Hard practice last night. Last practice before tournement on april 18th for some so it was intense. I hope I heal before then. I have 2 broken knuckles and a cracked rib. I guess I know what to protect better now!!
Had to skip workout this am because of injuries. Will be back to walking tomorrow. Hard to believe only 60 pounds from goal!!! |

Whats Up Mad mad !! broken knuckles and ribs....?? ok.... I'd have a bruised ego..haha...
Well... it looks like you are kickin it in HIGH gear !!! I havent been able to get on a reliable scale in a week..... 2 gyms I been to have different calibrations.... so... I just know when I DO my official weigh in on wed morn... I can SEE what it has been..I been eating good while being gone...and been doing 45 - 60 min workouts all 4 days I been here so far.... so we will see.... I think I been overdoing it on the coffee though....... will see. Have a great week !!! Jarrod |

Thanks all.
I did go off plan this weekend. Bad, I know. but I am back on it strong today. Weekends are bad for me. Didn't get home till late so no workout this morning. Will be back at exercise big time tomorrow. 2.5 hour workout every morning and 1 hour at night everyday. I am on less than 10 carbs a day for this week to kick start my body and also 1500 calories a day. drink tons of water too. I'm trying to make everything that goes in my body count this week! I am not going to weigh until wed so hopefully I will have no gain from this weekend.

Yep! This coming weekend I am going to keep myself buys so I have no time to sit. That is the killer time for me. During the week I am running from 3:30 am till 9 at night so no time to go off plan.

Starting day 2 of VLC. Yesterday I took in 1 carb! That was from my pickle. Otherwise I was water, meat and my vitamin. Today I had a cubed steak for breakfast. Have porkchops for lunch and tonight will be chicken and broc. Shoul dbe a less than 10 carb day again.

Ok....well 2 lbs down for the week...and that is 10 lbs down since our start date...
( 3 weeks ago ) there is 3 weeks to go....so it is even more time to step it up... |

Hey Flipz! wow you're doing great! Grats on the big weight loss spike since I was last around. Plan to be around a lot more now. Maybe start my own journal. You too Jarrod. You guys are awesome inspiration. Not that I could get anywhere near the exercise levels. Especially Flipz the Mad Man.
