If i may through in my little two cents here: You will break that threshold! However, you'll need to get your off plan eating on track. You know me fairly well now, and we both know how much i love mexican and chinese and real pancakes. So i definitely understand the off plan eating. But make sure you are planning those meals and that its a meal not a day of off plan eating. Eating off plan, while rewarding and sometimes necessary to make this plan a true lifestyle change, should be an on occasion situation. If you know weekends are harder for you, then you'll need to plan plan plan and remind yourself before u take one bite that you're trying to get under 300. Is this bite/meal/thing worth another week of relosing weight i already lost? Is it worth NOT breaking the 300 threshold? At the end of the day the decision is yours and you will always have my support. But don't let a little taste cheat you from your goals! /two cents.

Thanks alot for the advice and support. It means alot! It has helped me thru my whole journey so far. I am on day 3 of clean eating and I am back on track. I am not at an all time low, but I am AT my all time low from before. I have gotten rid of all what I got back and am back on track!

lol yep! Starting tonight I start my night run also. Going to do a quick 2 mile run before bed everynight. If I run around my neighborhood it is exactly 1.1 miles. I will do 2 laps everynight now. Then do 5 miles on treadmill in the morning.

Yep. No biggie. It will heal
I have most of my movement in it too. hehe. Funny part is, the knuckle is huge!! I got no practice sunday or next thursday so it has a week and a half to heal so I am good. If it doesnt heal in time, duct tape will cover it while I fight!Last edited by Flipz; 03-07-2009 at 05:02 PM.. |

you are strong willed not to weight for 2 weeks!! i would never last that long, i'm an addict... but it will be that much more exciting when you see your awesome results.
do you run outside or on a treadmill? i've only tried the treadmill once, walking and it scared me, lol. i was thinking of doing the c25k thingy outside once it warms up a bit more. woah it's hump day already, have a good one! |

I do the treadmill for now, but will switch to outside when it gets warmer. I like the treadmill since I set up mini challanges for myself. Like when I am 2.75 miles into it I push myself to 3 mile marker since at 3 miles I slow it down to 4 mph walk. I drove my car around my neighborhood and it is exactly 1.1 miles from doorstep to doorstep around the block so I will be doing that in the morning instead of the gym this summer to save on some cash.
What is c25k? |

couch to 5k? i think that's the abbreviation for it... the program where you progressively start running... for non-runners like me lol. the first week is like 5 1 minute "runs" within a half hour of walking i think. i found a podcast that tells you when to start and stop running... for me it'll be jogging first.
