This morning's weight: 245 lbs

These past couple of weeks have been off for me. I had an infection a the first week and then last week...well...the fair was in town

Time to get back on the ball! It looks like I only managed to reach 4 lbs for the first month. Only 54 to go...

The scale seems to be moving down again (thank the LORD!) but I still have a lot of work to do. I went out and bought Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and plan to start that on the 1st. I've read a lot of good reviews about it so I decided to give it a try and start actually utilizing my gym membership and the gym at work. I have no excuse!

I haven't been focusing on my self challenge due to things going on IRF but I plan to get back at it soon.

I hope everyone had a great NEW YEAR!!!
My New Years chant is:
Victory is MINE in 2009!

Current weight: 247 lbs.

I figure if I take aggressive action I could possibly lose 50 lbs by the end of March but tha would mean taking AGGRESSIVE action. I am up for the challenge. My church is on a 21 day fast so I am not supposed to eat anything until 3pm. It has been a struggle but since its for the Lord I keep trying.

Girl fasting is great! I just posted some info about fasting in my journal. Check it out.
I've been fasting to about 2pm everyday for the last week.
Glad to see you back.
P.S. I will be posting more on *********** because I just love that site. MY job has unblocked the site and I'm so glad.

The scale is slowly but surely going back down (thank the LORD). This fast has been difficult but I am doing it. The only think is...I haven't exactly been doing LC. By the time 3pm rolls around I am starved and ready to eat anything that is not nailed down. I already know that to be successful I need to plan out my meals. ...I will get there one day...

Are you fasting? When I Intermittent fast, I fast to 2pm daily and I have a 5 hour window when I eat. 2pm-7pm. Then I start it all over again.
I am also following the JUDDD diet plan which I like best. some people combine the two.
