Yeah it held up ok, I just woke up with a killer spasm about 1/2 an hour ago. But that was mostly my sleeping position I guess?

You're off work tonight, I see. Either that, or you were sleeping with your face glued to the table at work. That certainly would be the position that causes muscle spasms, that's for sure.
(teasing)What do you do for muscle spasms anyway? I've had them since I was in my 20's and have not found anything that helps. What do you do when that occurs? |

I woke up after sleeping about an hour earlier tonight. Sat around reading, and decided to do another workout. Probably should have thought it thru more, oh well here's what I did...
Lat Pull downs Warm up then... 205x3 it was sad, I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to lean back with your weight to get the momentum to help. 180x6 180x6 Bent over Rows 185x6 185x8 Dead lifts 315x1 felt heavy, 315x3 more like RDL, Had my old nylon belt on, it fits again 315x2 proper dead lifts with my old belt on Next time I'll start this day with deads and use the other two lifts like they are supposed to be used as accessory lifts. Alt DB Curls 50x6 50x6 BB Curls 111x6 111x6 BB Wrist Curls 111x10 DB Wrist Curls 50 x10 each hand Body weight Abs Hopefully later next week I'll feel more energetic. Defiantly put the deads first in the line up and see where we can go with em. Maybe wear shoes and knee sleeves next time too, cold concrete floors make my feet cramp. |

You ALWAYS see the big guys on those videos almost go horizontal as they pull down. I'm always amazed at how bad their form is, but who am I to argue? They're bigger than me. ![]() Quote:

Seated BB Overhead Press 155x3 155x2 Side Lateral Raises 2 sets of 30'sx8 BB Shrugs 2 sets of 275x6 DB BTN Tricep Press 40x8 each side Tricep Cable Press Downs 2 sets of 90x6 Abs are getting sore, so no more until Wednesday. I slept GOOD last night. Going to eat some breakfast, take Shannon to school and see Chiropractor.
I'll have to get some sleep sometime this afternoon for work tonight. |

Yeah, it went ok, still getting the spasms but I'm breathing better so I'll stick with it. I'm going again on Thursday morning. I'm not going to do the e stim anymore, I don't really think it's helping anything, but the adjustments are promising.

My only alternative right now is to switch from days to nights every couple of days. I can't find anyone to work my nights for me, and a straight schedule is alot better than all that switching back and forth. |

I never thought to look at my back to see if it left any marks. But I don't normally bruise easily either.

Lei!Warming up to 405 on the deadlift, got to 405 and just broke it off the ground. I'm still sore, but that's pretty sad. Going to rest a little and just try some lighter weight in a bit, maybe not. |

Deadlifts
225x6 225x6 Lat pulldowns 180x6 180x6 Bentover BB Rows 225x2 135x10 Alt DB Curls 60x6 60x4 BB Wrist Curls 135x10 Body weight Abs Got to thinking, that e-stim on Monday was harder on my erectors than I thought. Hopefully I'll be better in a few days. Until then I'll have to go lighter, my back sure feels sore and weak. |

Well, maybe the e-stim is doing something for you after all. I mean, if it's affecting those erectors like that, maybe it's just what you need?
Just a thought. |

Almost, you lay on the table and water jets blast your body by hitting the material you're laying on. It does go up and down your body, but you can set it up to certain areas, I set it to hit my erectors from the bottom to about the middle of my shoulder blades.
