Nope, I did some pressing the week before. That was about it.
I think the messed up sleeping schedule this past fews days has been the worst for me. Not much sleep the day of the contest, then an hour and a half after the contest before going into work for four hours. Didn't get as much sleep as I normally do before going in on Sunday night and then staying over for the training class on Monday morning. No wonder I feel like crap! |

Down a pound since Saturday? Maybe the junk food didn't do as much damage I'd thought. I didn't give into temptation this afternoon.
Menu so far: Scrambled eggs topped with cheese and a hamburger patty Baked boneless/skinless chicken breast 4 ounces of pepperjack cheese. three cups of coffee and 12 ounces of water I have the other four ounces of cheese, two more chicken breasts and a can of chopped spinache to eat if I want later. I'll work on the water. |

Wednesday night our shift supervisor told us that we can't lift more than 40 pounds. That if something weighs more than that to get help, yeah right , ok.
![]() So I got the maintenace foreman to get me a back support out of the tool room. You never know when a guy might need one either at work or at home. It's a lot lighter than my weight lifting belt and might come in handy doing other fun stuff. ![]() |

Yeah, kraft calls it pepperjack cheese it's monterey jack cheese with jalapenos in it. I think I know what you're talking about on the other stuff, it has like black pepper in it right?

I tried to eat, ate one small sausage patty and had some water. All of a sudden I feel like I have no appetite or energy. I'm switching to some coffee and put the rest away for later. I'll try and eat some more in an hour or two.

Ummm Let's call it a refeed day gone wild, yeah that's it, it was a refeed.
![]() Water was OK, not great. I let myself get thirsty not drinking enough before going shopping and felt it afterwards. I found myself buying a small (12 ounces)bottle of water to tied me over until I got home. Twelve ounces just didn't seem like it was enough when you're thirsty, that was the worst part. I'm sure I drank at least 2 litres of water, 3 cups of coffee and had a beer. |
