Don't get me wrong. I like boats and ships. But when I took a ferry from England to France I got sea sick. I'm not sure if it was the rum or because I couldn't see the horizon or both. And when I bought a little boat to take around the lake I fell out and nearly drowned, it was springtime and the water temp was less than 50 degrees. By the time the EMT's got there and took my core temp it was about 95 degrees. So I'm thinking it was less before they got there. Needless to say, the Mrs has put a stop to any ideas of boat buying/traveling

yesterday I had 60 onces of water, took my vitamins and stuck to the plan.

Today I slept for seven hours in a row, nonstop, it was AWESOME! I haven't done that in a long time it seems. Anyway, I woke up, and got on the scale, down seven pounds since Sunday. I know most of it's water weight, but I'm just glad it's off.

Bacon and cheesy eggs washed down with coffee for breakfast.
I think I'll have some radishes today. Other than that it'll be hamburger patties w/ mustard and cheese like yesterday.

Gotta get ready for work.

Thanks Lei and nennie

I definately feel less bloated, still feel like I'm carrying alot of water, (ie: my fists feel swollen) just not as much as I was.

I think I'm going to double my D3 for a while and see how that feels. I've been taking 2000 iu's and keep reading 4000 is better. I have felt alot better taking the 2000, alot less like a truck did a hit and run number on me. Anyway, I took my normal dose of D3 and took my effexor a little bit ago. I'll take my daily vitamins and some more D3 later. I'll leave the fish oil until just before going home.

So far I've only drank half a liter of water and am working on a 32 ounce cupful right now. I'll drink at least this 32 and one more before I go home.

I'm feeling like I want to lift some weights. I hope I still feel this way when I get home.

Remember how easy it was to lose when you first started? It's kind of like that for me. I have so much to lose and it's been a few months since I've stuck to low carb. I think it's like a do-over.

Lifting didn't happen. I got home and went to sleep. Slept three hours, awake two or three hours and then went back to sleep for another three hours. Oh well, maybe after a couple of cups of coffee and watching some lifting video I will do something. It won't be very heavy if I do, just something.

Well, my daughter says the enternet is back on-line at home. It was off since 8am Saturday. Not that I have much to report. I cheated on Saturday evening and Sunday. And some today. I'll work on getting back on plan tonight. I gained one of the seven lost, but that was weighing after breakfast, so maybe not.

I was thiking the same thing nennie, usually it's around 72. I'm just glad to see it moving in the right direction.

Down another 2 pounds, I was kind of surprised since my eating was off a couple of days. I'm sure all the stairs I did last night helped.

I was weighing 367 Sunday before last, today I was 358.

Another busy night at work, I have a feeling it's going to be alot busier than last night and more physical. It's good tho cause it makes the time go by faster and keeps me more active than sitting in the controlroom all night. The down side, I'm already going to take some ibuprophen to head off any knee soreness. I'll take my vitamins later tonight when I take another break.

Wow, tough night. I only ate once about 9:30 and when I got a chance to take a break all I wanted was water. I took my vitamins and drank about a gallon of water thru the night. I'm looking foreward to a shower and my bed.

Oh wow, I've been reading the induction food porn thread. I can see grocery shopping might get a little expensive tonight

Ok, the fact that I haven't eaten alot today doesn't help either

I made (or attempted to make) a four egg cheese omlet, that went awry. It came out fluffy but broke apart so I just topped it with grated cheese and said good enough. Fried up some ham and had half the eggs and some ham. Slept for a while afterwards and got up ate 3 ounces of pepperjack cheese, when I went to pick up the youngest from school I ate some cashews on the way home.

Last night was very busy and a great workout for my legs, lots of stairs and ladders. I worked over some tough valves as well so my arms/back and shoulders got some work in too. I didn't eat much but drank alot of water and three twelve ounce cups of gatoraide, figured I'd better add something to the water as I was sweating alot and don't want to deal with cramps. Anyway, the gatoraide didn't make much difference I don't think, I was down some more weightwise. 354, 13 pounds in 13 days. I'm sure it's still water weight, I don't think I've lost that much fat, still

The server for my home computer is down again this weekend, that's two weekends in a row. And on Memorial Day weekend to boot. I probably won't get it back until Tuesday since it wasn't on this afternoon. At least they got the cable back on yesterday, it was down for a couple of hours too. I'm sure glad I'm at work, my youngest daughter is going to be a little grumpy butt

I think I've eaten too many almonds. I should look them up and see if they can cause fiber bloat

Been drinking coffee and no water. I know I should be drinking water but don't really feel like it. Maybe I'll start when I take my vitamins, I still haven't done that either, some days are just Bleh, ya know?

I have my workouts planned with the choices of accessory lifts figured in. I plan to do two gym lift days and one event training day. The gym lift days are scheduled to be a deadlift and pulling type lifts and the other is built around cleans and overhead presses. I have plenty of event training equipment, I think I'll mostly work on sled pulling and/or tire flipping (for cardio), farmers carry (heavy to work on grip), yoke (for speed, cause I'm slow when loaded) and stone loading to keep in practice. I just need to get started. I had internet service this morning so I should have it in the morning and will post if I exercise or not. I really need to get started on this, everything else is going good diet wise and weight wise.

For breakfast I had four eggs and two hamburger patties washed down with coffee. I haven't eaten since 3:30pm and should but just don't have an appetite.

Anyway, that's what's been on my mind.

I hate water, as you know, and have hell of a time (can I say that in your journel?) getting it down..I was thinking after I just responded to you in my journel, that maybe I should give the water thing a try, and not just for a day's challenge...It can't hurt, right? I read about everyone saying just how important it is while dieting, but I have never been a water drinker...Come to think of it, I'm not much of a anything drinker besides my coffee in the am..I hardly ever get thirsty either, how strange am I? Wait a minute, don't answer that...

Sorry for the ramble, guess I wasn't finished talkin yet?!

Lei, I think that's a great idea. Drinking water may be just what you need to get you going in the right direction again. It sure can't hurt anything.

By the time I leave work this morning I'll have drank at least 36 ounces. I'm on my third 12 ounce cup. Think you can match that today Lei? I'm sure I'll drink more when I get home but that's not always a guarantee, I know I sure wake up thirsty if I don't.

I took my vitamins and started drinking water sometime after midnight. I like coffee but it doesn't always quench the thirst.

Edit to add: the last of my hamburgers tasted kind of "funny", maybe there wan't much/any seasoning in them? So I threw them away and had ten, yes I counted them out, almonds with my cheese for my last meal. Not going thru what I did last night.

We have twelve ounce paper cups, I drank three of those. I think that's about one litre.

Eggs and bacon for breakfast this afternoon. Two cups of coffee and working on my second 1/2 litre of water. Oh and I took my vitamin already. So now I just need to keep eating clean and lift weights. I feel like my axle just keeps staring at me

I think I'll try and get some veggies in too, maybe some spinache.

Read up on the couch to 5k program. I think I'll just lift some weight instead.

I'll be back later after I'm finished.

Lifted some weights, nothing to brag about, it was something. Boy am I out of shape. Ok, round is a shape, just not the one I want.
