Hiya! This is my little sob story: I've always been chubby but once I stopped growing I became fat
So now, at a whopping 160 pounds and only a meager 5'3, I'm starting up my annual oh my god I need to lose weight before school diet. Only I hope for, well, results this time round. I've already lost ten pounds and am hoping for more I've set up my own meal plan/schedule because Atkins has always been a bit intense for me although I'm still going along a low-carb guideline. My maximum carb-intake per day is 30 but I do sometimes go over which I've decided isn't the end of the world. Calorie-wise I try and stay within the 600-800 range, which is a lot easier to do than counting carbs. Exercising is my bigest weak point because I'm terribly out of shape and don't like sports but I force myself to do at least 20 minutes on a bike each day. Sometimes I'll go for an hour if I'm feeling ambitious. However I'm going off to a sleep-away camp where there won't be the opportunity to bike (it's a science camp, I know, nerdy, but I love it), so that will be a bit of a problemo. Anyhoo, some tips of mine that have probably been said before: -drink water the minute you get home to avoid snacking. -jello is your friend -yoghurt is also your friend (only 3 carbs if you buy Light'n'Fit) -Give yourself a schedule/meal plan for each week. So that's all for now folks ![]() -Catri
