Kristie's Review

O.K.

So here goes my journal, I guess.

I don't have much energy right now, so I'll just start it off saying . . . here goes. I want to kick it off with a 40 day fast. Hopefully I'll make it out of this wilderness. A few days ago I was 160 lbs. This morning I was at 157.

DAY 1

Breakfast-2 poached eggs
Snack- 1 Atkins Shake
Lunch- Tuna Salad (tuna, egg, mayo, and spices)
Dinner- Not sure yet- I'll be back to post later-
Lots of H20

Day 2

Unfortunately I went up. . . 157.5lbs this morning. I think it may be partly due to the amount of water though- I increased to 96 oz. and much of that was late at night . . . when I've been really BAD about drinking water lately and so that was a huge increase. It may also be the seasonings (too much salt??) and so water retention??

Anyways, I'm not going to stress. I'm going to just try to finish my water intake by 8pm. . . and we'll see how that affects things vs. taking out my spices right now!

It's a slow moving morning.

Down 1.5 pounds. Now I'm sitting at 153.0.

I'm happy though, because after 7 days (1 week of Induction) that's an average of a pound a day! (7 days and a 7 pound loss) Yea me!
