Ready to Change.
I've been doing a lot of thinking lately, how much binge eating controls my life.
Food in general is a large part of what i think about. I have absolutely no idea how to stop the intense thoughts and feelings i get about food. I know there has to be some way or something else to replace my time and energy on instead of food. I wouldn't consider myself overweight, but i know if i continue down this path i will be. This past year has been really stressful and as i look back i can see how much i used food as a drug. I am starting college next year and i know that it will be more difficult to control my binging. so im gonna keep track in here what i eat. im gonna try to eat more throughout the day so i don't binge at night. Food log 2 eggs and green peppers/red wheat bread sandwich with turkey, mozarella cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes banana orange fig newton wheat bread with homemade rhubarb sauce a couple of potato chips glass of milk i woke up at one so i ate all of this for breakfast/lunch. i feel really tired right now. i want to go exercise though cuz i haven't in a few days. |

I try to only eat healthy foods, but usually i just eat alot more of them then.
I try to eat small snacks so i don't binge on chocolate. i try to wear my swim suit around the house too so i eat less. right now i feel very hopeless and tired and if i go exercise i will feel much better, but im so tired. so i'll probably take some caffeine pills and then "work out" for an hour. |

all right!
i went rollerblading. i feel a lot better now. i always feel like i have more control over my life after i work out. i skinned my knee too! haha i am not hungry right now, but i'm thinking about food. and what i should eat for supper. i'll prolly have some a roast beef sandwich for supper. if i get really hungry i'll try to eat lots of carrots and drink water. and if i want something sweet i'll eat a banana and peanut butter. this is my plan thus far. we'll see how it goes. |
