Im Back and Starting Day1

Well Im back, having been gone for a few months and gained back all
the weight I lost. This is yet a new beginning for me again.
I did do a stint with Medifast, never again, waste of money and I wasnt dropping the weight like others, the carb content was high, approx 80g per day. Enough said, I decided to come back where I had the best success and can eat real food, not shakes and bars

I wenr and joined WW, I need more of a life style change not a quick fix and then gain it all back in 6 months

Good Luck on WW Joy , there is a group here that is doing WW. I tried to Core Program for awhile and lost 20 lbs, hope you have lotsa luck.

what plan did you do when you lost the weight last time? Atkins? South Beach?

With anything, it takes a couple days to get into it. How many points do you get each day on FLEX? My advice.....eat every last one.

Post your menus on our WW thread and we'll offer advice.

I did atkins and stayed under 20 carbs per day, it was easy, but now Im having problems getting started on any type of plan
