Now Kimmer - did you say something about a cruise?!! That got me to thinking - we should all plan a cruise someday.. in the next 2 years or so, DH and I plan on going on one with Carnival - it would be so awesome to meet yas finally......... how AWESOME would THAT be?
OH - took Layla to the Emerg tonight - she was fussy ALL DAY and I just had enough... well the poor thing is just plain ole constipated from the iron in her formula so I switched her formula to Isomil (Soy formula with no extra iron) so lets keep our fingers crossed that it works The nurse gave her a suppository and she got cleaned out and so far so good - she seems to be doing ok now and is passed out .. My poor little girl No WONDER she was so cranky *sigh* I feel so dumb

My weight this morning was AWESOME - 238 - I was 260 when I got pregnant and I was 270 the day I had Layla so I'm down quite a bit - but since I started Atkins on July 2nd, I'm down 12 lbs... and my trainer forgot her measuring tape today so I couldn't get accurate measurements, but judging from MY measurements, I'm down 8 inches on my waist and 2.5 inches in my hips! I can't wait until she gets back from vacation so I can have her do it again to know the *real* results - but I'm pretty sure I put

I vote for a cruise! We went for our 15th anniversary. I LOVED IT!!! Louis wasn't crazy about it....too much 'structure' for him.....I told him next time maybe we'll do Norwegian Cruise Lines 'freestyle cruising'....then maybe they won't be telling him what time he has to go to dinner and who he has to sit with and that he has to wear his suit on formal night....men....

Poor Layla....bless her little heart.... Don't feel dumb....it's not like she could tell you that she was constipated.....

WTG on the 12 lbs!!!!

Well I've went on Carnival two times and I love it - yeah you have to dress up twice in a 7 night cruise, but I think that's fun... and you can always request to sit alone or with certain ppl if you know anyone else on the cruise - so we could all eat together.. and you can choose which time to eat - early or late seating - and if you don't want to go there, you can just go eat the buffet in your shorts on the lido deck!! OMG I wanna go NOW! lol

Hey man - I'd be all over those stickers too! Something to strive for.. I seen something on a show before and I think I'm going to do it: This lady started clipping paperclips together for each pound she lost - I think it'll be a good visual to have and maybe something to use as motivation when you want to be "bad".... I dunno..

Do you get a sticker for each pound you lose?

Every 5, then you move onto a whole variety of things.. I'm anxious just to get something!!! The paperclip idea is a great idea. I'm all for visuals !!! when I want to be bad, which has been all afternoon, I look at a ship!

Yep Yep Yep! Not that you're too fat to run, YOU ARE NOT! but yep to the email! That's giving me motivation!!! Plus the weight exercises. OH OH OH

I know you are the expert at exercise tapes. We are going to hastings on Saturday and I want a FUN one to do. The one I ordered from Ebay, (((SIGH))) I had to open a dispute because the guy took my $$$$$ and ran!
