I am glad that he is helping too. He will have to keep his grades up for the scholarship...so that will help him do well. Joe having some responsibility in paying back is good too.
Well I wouldnt feel bad. It seems that that is how things go...he makes decisions w/his money and you make decisions with yours. You chose to help him.

Well we tried and tried to talk this out. He wouldn't talk. And leaving him out of the decision was a bad move - I agree. I told him a couple of months ago that I was going to support Joe no matter what Joe decided. He said fine. (He leaves me out of decisions a lot...a whole bunch actually.) But I don't want to hash all this out online, I was just hoping for a little hug and prayer or two. I am sure this is another bump in the road, but it feels more like a pothole than a bump.

Well I've been stuck in bed for a few days...I have a horrible pinch nerve in my shoulder. I could barely move I'm feeling much better today though We went out of town for Dh's family reunion last weekend...it rained the entire time we were there. We had fun seeing every one though

OK so today marks day two for me....I'm not really sure what I'm doing. I'm trying to keep it low carb, but it's more like intuitive eating...I've been avoiding in between meal snacking and eating junk. It's been a real eye opener for me so far to actually pay attention to what I'm eating. I haven't stepped on the scale, but I was at 202.4 when I started.

Thanks for asking. I talked to my dad this morning when he brought over my db. He said that he was doing well. He was awake and they were going to get him up and walking today. My mom and grandmother went home to sleep...which is good because I assume that meant he was doing well. They would have stayed if he was not.

Oh, say a prayer for my dh and his family. His grandmother is basically dying right now. THey are only giving her hours. SHe is not eating or anything and that has been about 3 days. The family is all in from out of town and spending lots of time with her.

Ladies as much as I enjoyed my Pizza Hut pizza last night~~~~~~ ~~~~~ I can not get enough to drink today and my fingers are swollen!!!!! WELL....I guess drink a whole lot today!!!! I guess too much salt. But it was delish! and yes I will probably eat it again!

I plan on going to the weight Watchers meeting on Monday night. Hopefully it won't be "too hot" to have the meeting. I would just like to go weight in.

Mine was messed up.
When I had my wreck back in Dec. we were going to get it fixed.
The stupid guy said we would have to buy a whole new air condition system....$$$$$1500 or something ridiculous like that.
We took it to our local mechanic and he put freon in it and it has worked since.

Well online friends, when it rains it pours...
Danny, my oldest son, was in a car accident Saturday evening. I am so grateful that he is alright - after seeing his car, you cannot believe he is pretty much physically unscathed. He was pulling out of a driveway and the sun glare made it nearly impossible to see - and he pulled his 2005 malibu in front of an old Chevy truck. Nobody was seriously hurt - thank GOD. When I saw his car... I was overtaken with emotion. HE IS ALRIGHT!!!!!!!! The engine of this car was lying away fromt he car, the front wheels were torn from the car, and the passenger area was completely fine.
Honestly, I know that GOD reached down and saved that guy - I just know it.
At first, he was "why me..."..and the next morning he said something told him that he just got the biggest break of his life.

Just a quick pop in to say

Hope everyone is fine on this monday morning!

MY GOAL FOR THE WEEK IS: TO JOURNAL, JOURNAL, JOURNAL every point I put into my mouth! My DH has started a program today, so we are keeping an eye on each other.

My Menu:

McDonald's fruit 'n yogurt Parfait= 3

Snack (Quaker Strawberry Bites) = 2

Lean Cusine Speghetti = 5/6 ?? Not sure

Snack= fruit parfait (yes I bought two!!! ) = 3

Dinner= Not sure~~~~~Thinking of making a WW chicken pot pie. I have everything except the chicken! So we shall see!

Well my dh grandmother passed away peacefully on Sunday night.

My uncles is doing AWESOME

Dieting wise...not so good...but I am thinking of doing WW. Imagine that...I just didn't want to have to count and count. But I have to sacrifice something if I don't want to be fat ....right!!

Tonia if you google Dottie Weight Watcher the site comes up. You can find everything on it from how many points you get to all the restaurants listed.

Yep the parfait had granola and was really good! I was surprised! I was just hungry
