Well I thought I'd have more time once I graduated, but no such luck! I've been busy with the kiddos, vacation, getting the house cleaned and in order and such. I even worked all last week substitute teaching for a friend of mine whose grandmother passed away. I am happy to announce that I found a job I'll be teaching 2nd grade in the Fall

Weight wise I totally bite I've put on so much weight it's pathetic. DH's family reunion is this weekend and I weigh more now than I have in several years I need you ladies now more than ever to motivate me! I want to lose as much as I can before school starts, I don't want to be known as the new "BIG" teacher

Hey now, we need you too!!!! We have all made the commitment this time to being successful.....I'm going to Texas again in 8 short weeks and I refuse to go at this weight.

One thing we decided is what program is going to work for us. YOU choose. Ms Heidi and Myself chose Weight Watchers, Monet is doing Atkins, I think Karen might do Weight Watchers or South Beach?? Not sure.....

SO HOP IN HERE!!!! We are here for you and everyone that wants to go on the journey with us

Cyn - Congrats on graduating and finding a new job!!

I am starting next week. I'll be doing WW with Kimmer and Heidi. I'll be using some SB guidelines too. I've seen many do that and have been successful.

I'm taking it one day at a time and planning will be a priority.

So jump in, you have 2 months to make a difference, just don't stress yourself out too much with the speed on weight loss.

We all do that and we shouldn't.

Karen! Ladies I almost gave in. ALMOST GAVE IN, I went and got my journal And yep, I was about to that excuse I could eat cake and start again tomorrow

NOPE I'm not going to give in to that cake. I worked too hard yesterday to give in. I'm working to hard today to give in. I Knowthat I can have a piece and count it as some obscene point (15??) But if I start at one piece I know what's going to happen.....and I bet ya'll do too!

NOTHING IS GOING TO STOP ME THIS TIME!

If you view your eating plan as so rigid and uncompromising that you cannot have some of your favorites - then how can you possibly expect to succeed in maintaining your weight loss (let alone getting to goal)?

GO AWAY GROWLING.
Kimmer is being a good girl and eating on plan.

REMEMBER
Follow that FAITHFULLY for at least two weeks. DO NOT deviate from what's in the book. Screw the cakes and the pizza and the alcohol - you don't need them right now

Right now he is working the wheat harvest. He drives an 18 wheeler. I'm ready for harvest to be over! Extreme long hours usually from 7 to midnight........They are working hard to get it cut before the rain comes this weekend.

Now next week, he starts hauling propane.

I weighed on Friday, but I weighed exactly the same as the Friday before....Oh, well.....at least I didn't gain.....

Well, it's almost quitting time so I'll check back in tomorrow.....

Good Morning Ladies!
Happy Monday! oh wait Happy Tuesday!!!

Well Ladies I'm here. All is good. I guess. I'm back to work today. Really wasn't ready to come back~~~~but then again, I would never be ready to come back!

I have moved into another position in the office. They fired the admin assistant~~so I'm not quite sure what my title is how about admin asst/cost engineer/document control???? anywhoooooo....

How much do I love Weight Watchers??? Well let me tell you......I started last week at 226 and I'm now (as of this morning) 219!!! I'm so thrilled!!! The only bad thing is, I have to lower my points by one. So now I just get 26. But I can handle that!!!

I cleaned out my closet yesterday. I was amazed at all the beautiful wonderful clothes that I have and can't wear I almost turned to the freezer (ice cream) for comfort. But ladies I DID NOT!!! I put them in size order and hung them up in my closet and I will continue on my journey to get into them!!!

My Menu:

Cereal

Lean Cuisine meal

raisins

popcorn

tonight not sure will think about it.

Have a great day ladies!!!! I'll be back in a bit!!
