Great job, Holly! It's wonderful that you're able to do both, but I don't see that it's possible for me. lol When doing LC, I depend on my fat intake, I LOVE my fat intake, so I can't lower it or I'd go completely mad.

I'm gonna finish up eating all of my WW foods that I've bought, once they're gone, I'm going back to LC. I figure that will probably be on Monday or Tuesday of next week. I had a 4 ounce steak last night w/a salad and baked potato, and boy oh boy was that steak awesome! I used to have steak every day and whew, have I ever missed it. I think what I might do though, is just eat the LC way for a while and if I feel like I'm about to lose it, I'll just eat WW way instead of going back to eat whatever I want, that way, I won't really over do it. I do love the WW way of eating, it's been wonderful, but I just have so much more weight to come off and I'd like to see it come off quicker. If I start slowing down on the weight loss, I might give in and say screw the whole thing, and I REALLY don't wanna do that!

Hey Tiffany!

Just do what works for you....I'm a fine one to talk....I've been trying to find what works for me for years!

Hi!

Anna - on the donut thing. I like them, but it's not like I crave them. Now cake and cookies is another story.

Holly - how you using the CO? How you liking it? I just bought some more and have yet to use it. I forgot I had it.

I agree with go what works for you.

Heidi - you crack me up. Sometimes what works stops working after a while and you have to change things around a bit.

Do you weigh and measure your foods?

Anna I hear you on the donuts girl! Well I've never been one to care for them much at all, but just knowing that helps me not want them that much more! I certainly couldn't eat 2-3 donuts a day - I might eat 2-3 donuts a YEAR! (*Not a "sweet" girl here!*)

Holly you're doing awesome! I hope you enjoy the LC/WW plan Keep posting your menus - they sound awesome!!

Tiffany - can't wait until you start LC'ing with me - I'm a steak girl too - can put away 10ozs easily - and go back for more the next day! I usually BBQ mine - rare to med. rare... I mix mayo, garlic powder, a little bit of LC ketchup, onion powder and then use that as my BBQ sauce - OMG - YUM! I use that combo on pork too - and chicken!! YUM!

See ya next week Kimmer - have fun!

Heidi baby - will write you back later on facebook I just got home from being out with mom and the kids today - I'm pooped and now i have to go cook DH some chicken fajitas - poor baby doesn't know how to do it - I'm gonna teach him one of these days! lol

Hey girlie! Well, I'm going to give this WW thing 3 months....I've pre-paid WW online through then .....after that I'll re-evaluate and see where I am and if I'm happy with my progress.....I do weigh and measure....I've learned to pretty much 'eye-ball' stuff like chicken....but salad dressing and mayo all get measured every time....

Hey chickie!

I wish I wasn't a "sweet" girl....I could eat a dozen donuts a day! Especially if they are warm, fresh Krispy Kremes..... Wonder how many points are in one of those????

Chicken fajitas sound good....I bought a rotisserie chicken last night from the grocery store....we're having that and baked sweet potatoes....

I'll be looking for you on Facebook.....

Hey Karen!
So far I'm up to 2T a day, the first one I take in my coffee, I just mix it in and let it melt than drink. The second one I just swallow with lunch, off the spoon. I've also been using it here and there in cooking. I read that a lot of people don't like the taste but I love it! Not sure if it's doing anything for me but it's only been 2 days.......

Thanks girl! So far I like it but I've only done it for 2 days. I'm sure I'll find flaws with it in time.

Hey Monet!

YooHooooo! Where is everyone this morning?

Last week(Mon.)-255
This week-246
total loss- -9

Feel so much better this morning than I have lately. Hope this is a trend, I've been so exhausted in the mornings, maybe my better eating is starting to have an affect.

I'm making Italian sausages with Marinara and Spaghetti Squash for dinner, I can't wait to eat. I started the sauce this morning, I like mine super chunky with lots of veggies, so I use LC pasta sauce as a base and add fresh red peppers, onion, italian seasoning, grape tomatoes and sometimes olives. It makes the house smell so good! Oh and the spaghetti squash is sooooo good! If you guys haven't tried it I highly recommend it. It's easy to fix, just poke holes in it and microwave 5 min. for every pound. Let it cool, cut in half, remove seeds, then scrape out "strings" with a fork. The texture is great, I like it so much better than pasta now.

Anyway, I hope someone else comes in soon, I'm lonely.

Good morning ladies. I hope everyones having a good morning so far. Not so good here with me. When I got home from the gym yesterday evening, I found my puppy crawled up in the corner lifeless. I grabbed her up and tried to keep her warm and get fluids down her because she was dehydrated, but unfortunately, she didn't make it through the night. I have no idea what happened to her and I'm contemplating having an autopsy done on her. I'm paranoid as hell right now for my other two dogs, I'm extremely close to them and if anything happens to them, I'll be devastated. I've been keeping a close eye on them and they seem to be okay for now, hopefully they will be.

But for a bit of good news, I stepped on the wii fit today for the first time in 7 days and it said I was down 5.5 pounds. Since there was that much of a loss, I think I"m going to hang around and stick to WW at least another week. If I keep up a loss, I'll just hang with it.

Holly, wow, what a great job you're doing with keep WW low carbed!

Your more than welcome to come for dinner, everyone is! I hope someday soon we can all arrange a meet-up, how cool would that be? We had one planned for last October in Atlanta with Mel but it all kind of fell through.

I think Kimmer has left for Texas and won't be back till next Wed. She is looking at houses.

Yeah, I know I miss having Mel around. I'm not really sure why she doesn't come here anymore. If I knew at one time I don't remember now. I think some of the ladies might still be in contact with her.(Karen, Heidi?)

Who does want to try to plan a get together? Seems we are all fairly close(eastern, midwestern states) except Maggie and Anna maybe? I'd like to plan one if anyone else is interested!

Copy and paste then add your home state/town if you want to. I know some people like to keep their location private so no one has to do this if they feel uncomfortable. Just would like to know where everyone is so we could see about a meet-up. Oh, if I missed anyone, SIA, please add yourself to the list.

Holly-Cocoa, FL

Heidi-NC

Karen-PR

Maggie-Canada

Monet-Indiana

Tiffany-Alabama

Kimmer-Kansas/Texas

Tonia-somewhere in the East right?

Anna-????Midwest????

Sorry I had to wait for my boss to leave so I could get in here. Hopefully she won’t come back until Tuesday.

Holly - that sauce sounds great. I’m gonna have to try something like that to go with some ww pasta that I have. I want to try the spaghetti squash too. I’ve seen many different recipes that I think I may like.

Monet - how you doing? Kimmer is away house hunting this weekend.

Tiffany - I’m so sorry for your loss.

WTG on the pounds lost!!

Tonia is TN, I think?

I still keep in contact with Mel from time to time. You guys know she mostly posted from work, but her work responsabilities have kept her too busy to be on here. And on her time, between Dave and Kat, it's not easy.

She looks great, is in the 150s last we spoke. But was going to tighten up the reins and get to goal.
