Points for today:

McDonald's = 9

WW Ravioli = 5

Snack = 3

Dinner= Grilled chicken on bun with FF mayo and lettuce. = 10 Making a total of 27 points for today!

Tiffany - Sometimes it takes a while for your body to get used to eating this way. You might even get bloated due to the grains you are eating. Also, you lose weight a lot slower than when you do Atkins.

I can totally relate to how you feel though. It takes a bit getting used to.

Maggie - you look awesome with your hair straight. I really like it!!!

Tonia - I carried HB as a basketball and Lee was all over the place. But I didn’t have morning sickness with either of them. Just got tired easily and wanted to sleep. We need to do the counting the old way. Just for fun

Thanks. No, they are not really afraid of the Dr. They do not really go because (thank goodness) they are really never sick. Tylar probably went to the Dr a year ago for the same thing...a physical.
Anyways, Tylar was all good. Excpet they said his vision was 20/30. But I think it is kinda hard to measure it that young. And I also think they had Tylar to far away from the sign. I remember last year him being closer and someone else mentioned it too at the Dr. office but of course they lady doing it was right according to her.

Really, I was opposite with Tylar and Connar..I gained EVERYWHERE. Never felt sick or tired. Even when I was pregnant with Tylar. Owell maybe its a girl...we will see.

My menu is pretty boring as well. (32 points per day)

Sunday
S: WW muffin - 3 points
B: cereal w/milk - 6 points
L: sandwich w/lettuce & tomato w/pringles: 6 points
D: pizza calzone w/pringles - 13 points
S: FF ice pop - 0 points
Total points - 28 points

Monday
B: cereal w/milk - 8 points
L: ham sandwich w/lettuce & tomato w/pringles - 6 points
S: yogurt w/strawberries & grapenuts - 3 points
D: lean cuisine meal - 6 points
S: 2 cookies w/ff milk - 4 points
Total points - 27

Tuesday
B: cereal w/milk - 12 points
S: WW cookie - 1 point
L: ham sandwich w/lettuce & tomato w/pringles - 5 points
S: WW muffin - 3 points
D: spaghetti w/chicken - 10 points
Total points - 31

Am I eating the wrong things? Maybe it's just me being bloated from coming off of Atkins, I dunno. All of my clothes fit the same, I just FEEL that way. Could be that I'm still in the Atkins state of mind and thinking I'm eating all of these bad foods.

I feel guilty eating things that I know I couldn't have on Atkins....it feels like I'm doing something bad... I have to get past that way of thinking.....

Your menu looks great. I would take the test and make sure you are okay point wise. But you are probably with Heidi and are in the "Atkins State of Mind"

Okay so I couldn't take it anymore and jumped on the scale this morning
: UP FOUR POUNDS!!

So maybe there was a reason I was feeling fat after all!! Someone make sure I have my points right? I'm 27, 5"7", & 266 pounds NOW! I really feel like going back to Atkins right now, but I told myself I would give WW at least 2 weeks. RAWR I should have stayed off the scale until Monday!

ETA: I forgot to mention that TOM isn't due any time soon, so I can't blame him for this.

Have you been to a meeting. Just a thought is to go to ONE meeting, join (usually $22.00) Get all your stuff and then you don't have to go back.

Since Corporate Offices BLOCK the site I go to for all my WW's stuff (because you know that site might have something BAD on it ) I went and found this:

Current Weight Target (daily minimum)
000 – 149 20
150 – 174 22
175 – 199 24
200 – 224 26
225 – 249 28
250 – 274 30
275 – 299 31
300 – 324 32
325 – 349 33
350 – + 34


Now If you ARE just now switching to WW's from Atkins with no down time inbetween? You're body needs time to realise what you are doing. Right now, it's just reading that you are "off" of Atkins and is living it up! So be patient. AND stay off the scale!

2 slices of 45 calorie Wheat toast
1 egg
2 slices of Candian bacon = 5

WW black beans and rice= 5

2 Wasa Crisp with 2 herb & Garlic Laughing cow cheese = 3


Dinner= I'm going to be looking over my recipes. I have the afternoon off (hair and Doctor's appointment) So I will have a little more time. (I'm leaning toward a Chicken Parmigiana)
